wish the owner would have been up front about the wait time for my phone. was initially told it would be a day and now it has turned into a over the weekend thing and it's tuesday now and i was told to show up at 5pm, but when i show up my phone isn't even at the store for some reason. i could have understood it taking multiple days if the owner would have just been upfront about the process. i don't even know if i'm going to get my phone back at this point.

Never been to a cellphone repair shop that actually goes out their way to even give you a loaner phone in the duration of your personal phones repair. Moe the owner of this shop went above and beyond to not only simplify the process of the repair but to educate me alone the way with all on my questions.
