McDonald's — Restaurant in West Fargo

Use to work this place...as a cook ...dont judge the cooks or the way fast food is as when you think you got team working when its actually workers under a barking manager thats is where it all falls out of place. I would of stsyed working and learning the departments but car broke down and there was no way for any of the 3 of us to get to work...so headed back to Washington...which months later had I of been there during my sons wreck that he his wife and other ls with them were in I would of been very traumatic. My son to day is not ok and as well found out I should not of been pulling out the grill due to a hernia that going undetected that I now need to have fixed. As well I never did understand why when someone gets burnt bia the clams sheets why they had to pull the videos ...yes they did and yes I did let my shift manager know of my burn which I took to the Hospital and the dr was not to pleased of what had happened. Those of you whom think you can not pull a muscle when you get burnt believe in me you can... Hello yes its I the one with the tone deafness speech impediment weight issue and now a hernia... Ordered 1 iced coffee and 1 sausage burrito. Wait time was over 30 minutes, which I didn't understand when there was only 1 other person in the lobby. The other guy also stated frustration for having to wait for 15 minutes when he had only ordered a shake, and had asked me how long I had been waiting before him. When they finally had my order, they gave me a hot coffee instead of iced (third time this location has done that, really hard to comprehend how they keep doing this) They made me wait an extra 10 minutes on top of the 30 I already sat there for while they took their time remaking my coffee. I understand it gets busy at times, but in this instance there was only one other person in the lobby, making it difficult to understand why I had to spend nearly an hour of my day waiting for 1 breakfast item. I like McDonald's as a whole, but it was definitely not a good experience. Employees didn't offer me any apology or explanation as to why they kept me waiting so long for a single...

I just don't understand how a restaurant that calls itself fast food can be so slow. Do they only have one employee working in the entire restaurant or something? I waited for 35 minutes for a quarter-pounder with cheese sandwich. I could have driven to the grocery store, purchased a pound of beef for my patties, and grilled it in my backyard in the same amount of time, and it would have been a much better meal. But we come to these places for convenience, and convenience is hard to find, especially at this place. If you come here, be ready to wait a long time for your order.

Edit 8/25/24 First time back since I wrote the original review tonight. I stopped in at 7:45 p.m. I wanted to order a meal but was told that if I did, I would be waiting at least 25 minutes. There was one car in front of me; otherwise, there were no other customers. Why would it take 25 minutes to prepare a single combo meal? A bunch of morons are working at this location. I will never return to...
