Subway — Restaurant in West Fargo

My friend and I visited this subway on September 17th around 6:30 pm. I say the date and time because I feel that the two people there at that time should be fired. We spent 23minutes in there getting 2 subs and there was only 2 people in front of us when we walked in. The workers would start one sandwich get it half ways done then stand there and giggle and talk with each other while the sandwich was getting cold, the male worker at that time then took off his gloves like he was going to get to the register but instead he went to the window and looked out it and complained about having to work there for a few more hours. Then he would put his gloves back on and finish the sandwich, it was hard to tell him what I wanted on my sub because he kept repeating what i told him to put on it like he had never made a sub in his life before. The other worker during that time would move so slow while starting the subs that you would think she's trying to go as slow as possible. This subway experience was so bad that I made a google account just to rate this horrible subway. I placed an order Wednesday morning around 7 for a sub to be picked up at 10 for my lunch (they open at 9). I got there at 10:05 and the store was still closed up. I have been trying to work with the owner on getting a refund on the sub I was charged for but never received and it's now Saturday and I haven't seen a single dime back. He States it could be Monday at the earliest. What a joke. This is completely frustrating. On top of this, I was there on Saturday December 1st at 11:30 am with my husband and daughter, there was two people ahead alreading getting their subs made and the lady that was working was so slow we waited for 35 minutes from the time we walked in the door until we actually got to sit down and eat. I used to love this location for the convince of living and working near here but I will gladly drive to another location that give this restaurant anymore...

I stopped going to Subway quite a while back. Not too long ago I had a coupon so I tried it out again. There were so many great updates. I WENT INTO THIS PARTICULAR SUBWAY

Steve was especially helpful. Like I said I had not been in one for a while. There were so many new choices. I absolutely love the new rotisserie chicken. And now that they are slicing their own meat it is much better. Also I had a rather unique situation of trying to keep my sandwiches cold for a few hours before I got home. Steve totally set me up so I felt very comfortable that my sandwiches would be great even though they would be in the car for a few hours.
