This is an old restaurant in West Chester that my family started eating at in the 80's. It's a great place and WC really stood up to make sure this place survived the pandemic. I remember the spectacle of flaming dishes and expert preparations from my childhood. It's not the same experience today especially since the dining room closed during COVID, but the quality is still top notch. (Dining Room recently reopened!!!)
My go to's are the sesame chicken w/lo-mein and steamed chicken w/string beans with the white sauce. Look over the menu carefully, they have preparations that other places don't and there are some items that aren't listed on the menu. If you've had it at another place, there's a good chance CP will make it for you.

For the record we only got egg rolls and crab Rangoon aka cheese fried wontons. The egg rolls were light airy and flakey. Not greasy and was good to taste. The fried cheese wantons were perfect! They weren’t to crispy to where you break off and chuck the ends. The sweet and sour in my opinion was some of the best I had via take out Chinese.
The only negative was it was $6.95 for 6 pieces of cheese fried wantons. Most places are less than that and come with 8 not 6. However the quality for me made it worth it. I look forward to trying more food from this restaurant and will adjust rating...

The last three times I have ordered the Sweet and Sour Chicken with the dinner combo it was awful. The chicken was way undercooked or possibly raw.
