Went to Primos last weekend and to be honest there was just a poor attitude all around, by all the employees. However, the most disappointing thing is seeing someone in the food service industry not wearing a MASK. (There not even one on or around)! Oh and I never received my receipt and the gentleman working in the back who handed me my two sandwiches couldn’t find the receipt either. So much for your policy! It wasn’t worth bringing it up seeing I wanted to get out...

I was pleased, as I always am, with the quality of Primo Hoagies. ( $2 off on Wednesdays doesn’t hurt, either!). The inside of the restaurant is clean and well kept, however, the outside, not so much. Someone should seriously consider painting. Also, may someone should also remove the broken down Grand Cherokee from the parking lot; it makes the place look like a dump. Great service and very pleasant staff, but not the most appealing looking place.

I love their rolls, and I’ve tried a majority of their selection of not all since they first opened their first Primos in 1992. However, my favorite has got to be the Buffalo Cutlet. Since trying this one the first time this year I find myself craving it from time to time. The heat is spot on, the blue cheese is phenomenal and all tied up in the most amazing roll! It’s been a few weeks, I may need to order today. Go get yourself one!

I Placed my order online yesterday and selected curbside pickup because of the COVID-19 surge that is currently taking place. The website gave the instructions to call the store when your outside and my order would be brought out to my car, nothing new, our country has been doing this for the last 9 months. But apparently this PrimoHoagies location doesn’t practice curbside pickup because when my wife drove to the PrimoHoagies location here in West Chester, PA and called the store nobody answered the phone. My wife tried over and over and nobody answered so my handicapped wife had to climb the steps and go into the store to get our order. She said it was busy and when the phone rang the employees pressed a button on the phone to make the ringing stop. This explained why my wife’s calls were never answered. Since my wife was calling the same number that customers call to place an order and the calls were not being answered it would appear that many customers orders were not taken. So they were not taking new orders and curbside pickup was out of the question. So much for compliance with COVID-19 protocol not to mention all the orders they lost. Not exactly a professional business. If owners only knew how their...

I ordered an assorted Italian tray and also had a picture for 10% off anytray off the menu page on the website. Came to pick up and showed the coupon at the register. The cashier appeared as the store manager as well refused to honor the deal and said it had to be a physical coupon and pointed at the menu stand sitting on the counter and said like the one in there. I was so disappointed that he is the manager and he didn’t even have the courtesy to obtain the coupon right in front off him to honor me the deal after I had mentioned it. I grabbed the coupon and showed it to him and he still said no. So what’s the point to have the coupon deals and you don’t even honor it? I was very very very disappointed with this visit and I told him that I would never come back to this store ever again after he had an attitude with me. Very poor customer service. Too bad I do like your hoagies even though they are more expensive than other places. Looks like I have to go...
