Brother's Pizza & Restaurant — Restaurant in West Grove

As someone who loves Italian food, I was eager to find an excellent restaurant after moving to the neighborhood. I had tried many Italian restaurants in town but was only impressed once I had lunch at the Brothers one day. The food blew me away at Brother's Pizza & Restaurant! All the pasta I had there was flavorful and tasty! From the fresh salad to the Italian pastry dessert, it was a complete food experience every single time! In addition, the chef was friendly and accommodating; he also made great recommendations when I needed to figure out what to order because they had an extensive menu. The meal he prepares is always top-notch! I look forward to and am excited thinking about the delicious food every time I plan my visit...

First time ordering from Brother’s and the last. Pizza had really no taste. Honestly, a frozen pizza regardless brand, would certainly be better. I also, experienced an item missing from my order that I was charged for. I called the business, a girl answered, I had explained that I had just placed and received an order through door dash, told her that I wish missing an item and was charged for it. When I told her what was missing, her response was, oh we are out of that. I asked, do you ever call the customer to let them know, she said hold on. Another girl picked up the phone and I explained it to her, her response was, we gave it to the customer and I’d need to contact door dash, as I was thanking her, she hung up!...

Great Food and Even Better Service!!! We have been going to Brothers for year's! And today was another example of why we keep going back.

We placed an order through the Slice app. When it was delivered they forgot an item and gave us two pepperoni instead of one cheese and one pepperoni.

The driver was extremely apologetic and even called the store to let them know. I called the store to explain and without hesitation they promised to send out a cheese pizza and the missing item.

They could've just refunded the money, but instead they went the extra mile and wanted to make it right. This is why I continue to eat at Brothers; they care about their customers. Keep up the great...
