I think the food is okay, but this place must had been a change of ownership recently because I see 4.8 star rating from 244 people before coming here, and what a huge disappointment! There was only 2 other tables of customer, we got our pork rice rather quickly about 10 min, but the noodles came in about another 15 min later. We were so hungry on the way here so I ordered two large bowl noodle for me, $16.99, that's pretty pricy even or 2025, but damn the bowl came in about a standard normal small size pho with little meat, the soup is clearly seasoned broth not boiled bone soup, tiny amount of noodles, so I asked for more noodle because I told him I ordered a large bowl and I think there should be more noodle, the waiter brought in a small bowl of noodle which later charged me $3.5 for it. The pork rice was okay. I been all over America trying out phos, the tastes is really barely acceptable, but meat quality is not good neither, phone supposed to have very thin sliced tender premium beef, their beef is stacked together or uncut big chunk, and incredibly small portions, you know they even cheap out on the vegetables, for 2 big bowl of pho we get vegetable portions of 1 typical small bowl of noodle. I told the manager they shouldn't charge us the extra noodle, that guy was like sorry sir that's our size. Okay, I rarely give bad ratings on google, let me waste my five minutes and give you a real sense of how I feel now. This 4.8 rating is either bought or from last owner, noway worth our trip.

This was the first time my husband and I came here. I’ve read the reviews so I was curious to try this place. The gentleman who seated us was warm, polite, and friendly. I believe he’s the owner and was the only one working the front. I ordered the pho and my husband ordered the vermicelli. We also got the spring rolls. The pho is delicious and authentic. The vermicelli was bland and underwhelming. The spring rolls weren’t made well. The wrapping was poorly made and not dipped enough in water as it was dry and peeling off the edges. The highlight of the experience is their robot which serves the tables. It’s quite a spectacle for everyone to watch and giggle at when it says things like “excuse me, I need to go there. I’m going to be late.” The kids love it. I would definitely return here, although it’s more out of the way and I’d have to drive past my other favorite Vietnamese place. The few downsides to this is simple: they only have small packets for sriracha and hoisin sauce, because they’re understaffed, there was a longer wait time, and the place could use a good cleanup/wipe on the ledges by the tables. Another important thing to note is that parking is very limited due the location of the strip mall and other businesses like Arooga’s. You have to walk along the road to get around to the inside of the building and there are smokers there that’s hard to avoid.

I decided to come here with my family after seeing it on tiktok! We all ordered some pho! We were all fascinated by the robot machine that delivered our drinks/plates of herbs/bean sprouts! But then it gave us a 10 second countdown and ran away with our drinks! We even clicked continue and it still went away! The bowl was big, noodles were alot but the meat was little. They try to add alot of noodles and broth to make you full and make it look big so you don't notice how little meat they add. The broth was so sour and plain tasting! As someone who is vietnamese and makes it at home, it didn't taste good at all. My grandma kept telling me the broth had an off taste and we all kept tearing hoisin packets to make it taste sweeter/better. We put in like 5-6 packets and it didnt even save the broth from tasting bad at all. After we were done, i came up to the counter and the owner told us that they don't add MSG in his broth to give it a more authentic, "fresh" taste. I bit my tongue because i use to work in philly and cali at different pho restaurants and they're known for the BEST phos out there. They're cutting coats by not buying msg to flavor the food lol we need msg, we need unami! MSG isn't even bad for you. "Freshness" that's phoney baloney. It's definitely not #1, such false advertising. Expensive and not good quality pho. Save a trip and your wallet and go to philly...
