WORST FOOD, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, WORST EVERYTHING!!! NEVER EVER EAT THERE. WE WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN. FIRST OF ALL WE WENT THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU AND THE WOMAN TAKING OUR ORDER WAS IMPATIENT AND RUDE. WE WAITED FOR OUR FOOD FOR CLOSE TO 20 MINUTES AND WE WERE THE ONLY CUSTOMERS SO HAVE NO IDEA WHAT TOOK SO LONG. THEN WHEN WE GOT TO THE WINDOW WE TRIED TO PAY FOR OUR FOOD WITH $100 BILL BECAUSE WE ONLY HAD $100 BILL AND A $20 BILL AND OUR ORDER WAS ALMOST $23 .WE WERE TOLD THAT THEY COULD NOT MAKE CHANGE BECAUSE THEY WERE HAVING A HARD TIME GETTING MONEY FROM THE BANK. HOW DOES ANYBODY HAVE A HARD TIME GETTING MONEY FROM A BANK. THEN WE TOLD THE LADY THAT WE WOULD NEED TO TAKE SOMETHING OFF OF THE ORDER BECAUSE WE ONLY HAD $20 IF THEY COULDN'T TAKE $100 AND SHE ACTED DISGUSTED AND ANGRY ABOUT IT. IT WAS RIDICULOUS. WHEN WE GOT HOME AND WE WERE SITTING DOWN TO EAT OUR FOOD IT WAS THE MOST HORRIFYING EXPERIENCE IN HISTORY OF FAST FOOD.I'M NOT KIDDING YOU WHEN I SAY THAT THE FOOD WAS SO BAD OUR DOG WOULD NOT EVEN EAT IT.THE FTIES WERE FREEZING COLD AND I GUESS THEY MUST HAVE RAN OUT OF HAMBURGER FOR THE WHOPPER THAT MY HUSBAND ORDERED BECAUSE INSTEAD OF PUTTING A WHOPPER HAMBURGER PATTY ON THE BUN THEY PUT THREE MINI ITTY BITTY TINY COLD MINIATURE HAMBURGERS TRYING TO EQUAL ONE WHOPPER HAMBURGER I GUESS. Screwed up my order so when I tried telling her what I wanted she mumbled something & said Ok & ya kept mumbling things & got mad @ the register so started hitting buttons harder complaining. I understand places are very short handed. My job was for awhile. We literally had 5 ppl to run a business that's open 24 hrs. But even still then I didn't get a bad horrible attitude & take it out on the customers. Not our/their fault for being short handed. I just can't & couldn't believe how awful this lady was last night. I need to call today & let them know my order wasn't right not what I ordered. I didn't want to deal with that lady anymore last night cuz I would've ended up telling her where to go how to get there & etc. That would be made problems even worse so I didn't say anything. But now on a very good positive side the very nice kind young man cleaning dining room was very friendly polite & Happy so thank you very much for your kindness. Still love the blue you had in your hair. Too bad the manager lady couldn't have been nice kind polite like he was. I highly doubt I'll ever return to this BK again. Read moreI was happy when this burger king opened, however I am reconsidering ever going there again. I just made an online order to pickup in the drive thru, like I had done numerous times before. When I pulled up to the drive thru I was asked to wait, due to a big order that came in. After waiting 5-10 minutes, they asked me about my order. I told them I had pick up orders. They told me I had to come in so it didn't show on their time. I said ok, then went in. As I was walking in to an empty, but 1 person, dining room, the 1 vehicle in the drive thru left. I got my orders and asked why I had to come in, since I never had to before. The manager proceeded to tell me, "when they are really busy during dinner rush all online orders must come inside to pick up. When I questioned, since there was 1 person eating and no one else inside or outside, one employee threw up his hands and walked away and the manager was very rude and told me to call the owner to complian. It was interesting that they said they were so busy, but every employee behind the counter could walk up to the counter to stare at my chest during this interaction and every employee came outside to watch me drive away. I don't understand the entire interaction. There is no customer service here. I shouldn't be treated as an inconvenience because I am a customer and you had to perform your job duties. I don't think I will ever be back again. Horrible...
