I actually recently called to place an order as well as ask a few questions. Upon my first question I was told to call back another day to ask questions because it is a Friday and had the phone hang up on me. I was going to order but never got to that part after asking one question. I kid you not, ONE question and then got the phone hung up on me and my question wasn't even answered. I have ordered from here before (I live very close) so honestly this was very disappointing. Update: I do now see the reviews from a few months to a few weeks out that maybe I should have checked which would have explained my experience. Again I did still have the phone hung up on me and I believe anyone would choose to order from a different location, I also didn't get an answer as being told call back a different day isn't an answer to the question I asked. I completely understand busy times and rush hours absolutely but I don't believe hanging up a phone on a customer is ever the solution to a stressful day. With that being said food is great here it's delicious but if you do want a friendly encounter and a friendly local spot you can rely on I'd choose somewhere else if service also matters, as I do see in their reviews others have had the phone hung up on...
Read moreIt’s really hard to give this place a good review! My family used to order pizza here from towns over just because it was the best! But after the new management took over, things haven’t been as great. I will admit, the first time I ordered from here alone was within the first few days of their reopening, which I can forgive the long wait and okay taste of the pizza. The staff was clearly overwhelmed with the number of orders and I do understand that. Their customers are loyal so after they did reopen, of course they were going to be slammed like usual! However, I just placed on an order there a few days ago and when I went in (literally only one person in line in front of me with minimal orders above the oven that were waiting to be picked up) they said they didn’t have my order! I even asked for it to be made a little later because the first 2 calls I attempted were hung up on so I figured they were busy. Then, they tried to sell me an already made cheese pizza that they were going to throw toppings on and reheat in the oven, to which I declined. I love their Sicilian pizza and pizza rolls but I have decided that I will be going elsewhere because I will not be disappointed...
Read moreThis pizza place blew my expectations. It is THE pizza I have been searching for all this time. Deff 10/10 with the ratio of sauce to pizza and the flavor is wonderful. The dough is delightful and we thoroughly enjoyed the Za here. We also ordered a special pizza to try out the bbq chicken-absolutely delicious! We will for sure be ordering here all the time. Lowkey I like this place more than Zuppardi's (terrible location and very pricey) or Salty Tomato-which dont get me wrong Salty Tomato is a classic and will always be on my top 3. But T&P's pizza is so far #1. That means third on my list continues to be MichaelAngelos due to pizza flavor, however a little pricey. Salty Tomato is second because sometimes, not all the time, the crust is a little burnt, and that leaves T&P as number 1 so far in my book in terms of affordability, location, and pizza texture and flavor. Once again I found myself in awe of the wonderful pizza talen over...
