It is impossible to find dine-in Pizza Huts now, so 5 stars alone for continuing to give people a place to enjoy Pizza Hut the way it was meant to be - hot and fresh to the table! KEEP THIS PLACE OPEN! 6 stars for the incredibly friendly service! There was no waitress at the time, but Ian welcomed us in with excitement, another gentleman whose name I didn’t hear got us extra menus and took our drink orders promptly, and Tina (I think) brought the pizza and breadsticks straight to our table from the oven with a smile. They were all working so hard to handle delivery and pickup orders, so it wasn’t the type of service you might expect from pre-pandemic but seriously, if we don’t support and encourage dine-in Pizza Hut it will disappear entirely. There’s only like three left. Ian checked in to make sure we were doing well and provided amazing service with a smile. 7 stars because the food was perfectly cooked - hot, buttery, crispy, and just as it should be direct from the pan. 8 stars for the nostalgia! Great music playing as we took our time and enjoyed our meal and conversation. We were still having a great time at closing and no one made us feel pressured to leave. 9 stars for the TMNT pizza boxes! Our son was so happy to eat in a Pizza Hut again since it was his favorite restaurant before they all switched to carry out. The Turtles tie-in before we went to see the new movie made his experience even more special. And 10 stars for the memories. This place might not be your idea of a 5 star restaurant, people in these reviews are stuck on stuff that is a problem just about everywhere. But it’s our 10 star because it’s the closest we can get to the Hut we miss and it has the potential to be even better. Got to convince these guys to bring back Book It. ;). We will definitely be back!

June 19, 2022: Picked up my order and went home. Both pizzas were BURNED. Order was completely wrong. Called restaurant and was told someone would get back to me. No one did. I completed the survey that was emailed to me that day from Pizza Hut Corp., and I received an email back stating that the manager of the West Hazleton location would be in touch with me within 3-5 business days to correct the issue. It's been almost 3 MONTHS, and no one has called or emailed.

That place failed inspection 4 times in a row. It only passed last time by one point. The store manager died because of how unsanitary that place was. She worked there almost 50 years. She never got the credit she deserved. The person who gave her Covid didn't wash his hands. He had dirt underneath his finger nails. He came into work sick. Ever since she's been gone, that place went down the drain. They can't find a good manager. No one there is professional. It's a private owned franchise. They don't follow corporate guidelines. They haven't opened the salad bar or the buffet since Covid. They are closing down the dining room and changing locations because they can't find people who are competent enough to run a restaurant. The people who work there don't follow uniform policy. They dress like slobs. They wear whatever they want. Management does nothing. There's hair in the pizza dough. Employees with long beards wear no beard net. The bathrooms are disgusting. No one cleans them. There is a puddle of urine in front of the urnal that has hardened into gunk. There was no hand soap in The Men's room. The dispenser was broken. The manager said you have to punch it for it to work. So he left it like that for over a month. Employees drop dishes on the floor & serve them to customers. Dishes don't come out clean, and they just reuse them. There is dough caked in the pans. There is black mold in the kitchen. That place is barely in business. They only make things look good when they know the inspectors are coming. If there was a surprise inspection that place would be shut down. The head people in charge don't even have their food safety license. There's money missing from the registers all the time. There's no rules. No guidelines to follow. The kids come in and just goof off. If someone comes in and tries to maintain some order they want them out. Something has to be done about that place. It's a free-for-all. They don't care about the quality of the food. The pizzas come out deformed. Food is not held at the right temperature. I would not recommend eating there, unless you wanna get sick. I personally would never eat there. That location is giving Pizza Hut a bad name. It may be the worst Pizza Hut...

Probably the worst dining experience I ever had. The place is extremely run down, sticky floors and tables, poor service and long waits. 0/5.

Story time:

We get menus that are photocopied black and white, ordered 2 med. pizzas, bread sticks and sodas and immediately get the bill. Upon review, it looks like I’m charged for 2 larges. Questioning the waitress, I’m told the menu prices on the photocopied black and white menus are incorrect. I went online and showed her the “ if I ordered online price” and it was cheaper. She confirmed the price is cheaper online but can’t give a “discount” to us dinning in. First strike.

Keep in mind we are a party of 3 and there is another party of 2 in the entire restaurant. We waited about 30 minutes when I finally asked how much longer on the pizza. Waitress said 20 more minutes. I told them to cancel the pizzas, will pay for the soda and leave. While unable to cancel after my second request, the time they took stalling, the pizza finally came out and I took it. Our party was ready to leave but felt obligated to stay. We should have left, pizza was terrible. Second strike.

Finally, we are ready to leave, I’m trying to pay with a card, there is only one employee to be found and she helping a phone order. After waiting 5-10 minutes to pay, we threw cash on the table and left. My father who was with us, recovering from a stroke, has a hard time walking. We realized the handicap entrance is on the opposite side, so noted that for when we going to leave to avoid the stairs. My girlfriend takes my dad while I get the car. It’s a one lane entrance and who is blocking this entrance, but the cook smoking a cigarette with his car door open playing music. This is strike 3 and 4. The guy saw us struggling with him and couldn’t even offer to move the vehicle up so we can get him in. Total ignorance.

Overall we paid 60 dollars for two medium pizzas, small bread sticks and 3 sodas. Absolutely outrageous for the quality and poor service. That dinner should have been free of charge for how terrible it was. 0/5, don’t recommend, will NOT...

When we arrived at 2:56 pm requesting a table the gentleman informed us it was a shift swap and his relief hadn't arrived yet.... We didn't understand the statement.... He went to explain more as he saw 'the relief' pull in and grabbed two menus to seat us/took our order. We used the restroom and went to our table. We noticed there was music on which hadn't been when we arrived, there was a blue tooth speaker and a purse sitting at one of the tables. (not there when we arrived). The genre of music was fine. An older woman with a limp (the relief) was speaking 'to her self' out loud saying she hates rude people (going on). We paid no attention trying to enjoy the meal (mind you she hadn't dealt with us yet as our order and seating had been done prior to her arrival). She sat down at the table with the purse and speaker for a bit. At some point she started 'talking the song' which we found annoying... My husband ordered a stuffed crust pizza. I don't like that kind of crust and left the crust for him. I ordered cheese sticks (he isn't a fan of those so it worked out) We shared the cheese stick sauce and I was bummed I wouldn't have any at home for later (they only give one soufle cup) and asked him to request an extra sauce when we were ready to leave. He said he didn't want to be charged for more sauce so I said it was ok. She obviously heard us and said you don't have to pay for more 'f* sauce just don't tell anyone'.... I believe she was just trying to be 'nice' but we didn't appreciate her presence at all.... we assumed when we asked for a box she would have brought it to the table. when she took the food to be boxed up she didn't use utensils or have gloves on..... she made a remark on the stuffed crust parts "are you saving this for a dog or something" It's been years since I have dined in with pizza hut and my husband wanted to take me to dine in as we usually just order Togo. We won't be...
