Yong Hao Chinese Buffet — Restaurant in West Hazleton

Arrived at 2:15. Nobody in the place. That should have told me to run then, but my wife and I stayed and ate. The food was cold and dried up we ate very little. One of the worst dining experiences we ever had. We were almost ready to leave when they put out the supper food trays. We tried a few other dishes and at best you could call them food. When we paid our bill it came to $34.00. I told the lady that we were there way before 3:00 but we were told we were being charged supper prices because it was after 3:00. I grungy paid, but it will be the last time there for us. The department of health should check this place out before someone gets really sick. They need to take a safe serve course and learn about food...

My family and i come to eat here a lot because of the good prices and the food is good. We usually try and order from the menu because the food at the buffet is usually cold or stale but the worst part of this place is the service. Have eaten lunch here twice and takeout once. While not a five-star experience, Yong Hao was much better than expected. A very solid four-star. A wide variety of the usual items, all of which were hot enough and enjoyable. Hong Kong chicken was a tasty standout. For less than $10 for lunch (incl fruit and soft serve ice cream) there isn't a better deal anywhere.
