Today December 1st 2024 was the worst experience after an online order I have to call because they bring me a 2 litter Coca-Cola and I ask for a 2 litter sprite I can't drink Coca-Cola because of my health issues so I call to ask why they send me a 2 litter Coca-Cola instead my 2 litter Sprite and the girl that answers the phone starts to scream to me all over the place and wasn't letting me talk at all, I try to explain over and over while she was keeping screaming on the phone over and over because I'm a grown woman not a little girl like she was acting on the phone so unprofessional I hung up the phone because I can't explain nothing to a child that calls her self a wrong woman to work in this place. ILL NEVER EVER EVER PLACE ANOTHER ORDER IN THIS PLACE AGAIN. If I could give a zero star, I can I order a pepperoni pizza and cheesy bread spinach they gave me a plain pizza I called them up. The manager’s name is an Alicia that claim that she was the GM which she was it because one of the workers told me that she’s a regular manager well, I called her. She refused to remake the mistake. I don’t eat plain pizza and she said she will block me from the system and everything and she was hardly rude really rude to me on the phone saying that due to the new policy. They are not allowed to remake a mistake Pizza and now I gotta lose out on my money, but I called another Domino’s and she said the policy has not changed if there’s a mistake supposed to remake it but this Domino’s did not.
