Ordered a large sausage, mushroom, onion half with smoked ham/pepperoni... extra sauce.
Crust flat and tasted pre-made with a bit of freezer aftertaste., sauce (no extra) bland, no herbs or a hint of flavor.
The ham that I did taste reminded me of sliced costco ham... nothing smoked about it.
Canned mushrooms because according to the women I spoke with there are no fresh mushrooms here.
Pizza crust stuck to the white rounded cardboard on half the few pieces I tried to pick up.
Honestly, I took a bite and put the rest of the slice back.
Called FSE and asked for my money back as I explained my issues and also said this pizza is not good. And I was given explanations on mushrooms, crust and whatever else.
I then said again I would like my money back and please send the driver to pick up their pizza and return my $ and was asked put on hold.
I could go on, but honestly, it's not worth it.
Hard pass.
Follow up to refund.
They will not refund money on the advice of the owner. ... women who answered said to call owner to discuss when I would already be out of town. I explained that I'm a long haul driver and she said they "stand by their product" and to call tommorow.
Looking at the photos. Can someone explain how I'm supposed to eat this? Do I use a spatula? A butter knife to unstick the crust from the cardboard...
"Here you are sir. Your pizza with cardboard stuck to the crust. Just the way you DIDN'T ASK".
Spoke...

Got a large pep pizza, 10 bone in wings, fried cauliflower, ham and cheese sub, 5 ranch, and 1 blue cheese and the order was $70 which is WILD. Went in when our order was supposed to be ready, was told 5 minutes- waited 25 (to the point my family called to ask if everything was okay- wish I was exaggerating). Pizza was comparable to school lunch and had a thick layer of grease covering the entire top, barely any sauce, and the bottom of the pizza was stained black from unwashed pans (I’ve worked several years in pizza). Bone in wings were breaded and baked (had it been advertised that way we wouldn’t have even ordered them). Celery was brown and completely dried out. Ham and cheese sub was good (via my 7 year old) and fried cauliflower was awesome. They also forgot every single one of our sauces (6!) to which I had to send my husband back to the shop to retrieve them and not made in house like it looks on the website. Fried cauliflower was the only thing that was hot and we live 5 minutes away… Not to mention they “offer delivery” but don’t actually deliver??? We ended up just throwing majority of it away and eating peanut butter and jelly instead. That being said-...
Read moreLet me tell y’all something I live in Columbus, Ohio and I went to visit my daughter in Sylvania and I want a pizza so she showed me this place called Bambino‘s and I said OK. Well let’s go ahead and go because it’s a Halal pizza place. I said definitely. I wanna check it out so we went got a couple of pies. One of them was a deluxe pie and the other one was like a triple pepperoni pizza and we got this cheese bread Baby. Let me tell you that food was so good. We have hung out pizza places here in Columbus, but Bambino puts them all out of business. It is so good. The cross was flavorful like it had like garlic butter on it. The toppings were fantastic the cheese. I don’t know if they use mozzarella or mozzarella, provolone or just provolone. I don’t know but that pizza was the bomb The Del Baggio. We got down here. The Kings. We got down here. None of those pizza places even compare to Bambino’s. All I can say is this come to Columbus. Come to Columbus and if y’all keep y’all business like y’all got an in Sylvania you will make money handover this because these halal pizza places down here. Be serving trash. Compared to what you serve. I just I am so pleased with this pizza. I will always get it when I’m in Sylvania!...
