Mike's Pizza — Restaurant in West Jefferson

This place is ridiculous. If you expect any type of customer service or even common respect this is not the place for you. Consistently bad service but I like their pizza. Tried their new online ordering last night and after 40 minutes I called to make sure that my order had been received and find out when it would be ready because I never received an email confirmation, etc. I was told yes it had been received but to hold on. I was able to listen to the conversation that ensued and the "person in charge" stated that it had been sitting there awhile ready for pick up. I did not chose pick up. Additionally the "person in charge" said well its going to cost them more for delivery and it's going to be at least 40 minutes which is absurd because I live 2 minutes away.
