Whits is a favorite in our family but man, this was the most unfriendly location we've been to. We weren't greeted or even talked to even after trying to make light conversation. We asked for ice cream sandwiches and they just stared at us until we got them ourselves. They finally spoken up to tell us the total and that was it. I'm sorry we interrupted your conversation, we just wanted to support an awesome business and we love West Jeff. Dunno if we'll be back to that...

The ice cream was great!!!! My hot dog was borderline un safe to eat, these service was ok considering it was 3 15 year old kids doing the work. Amazing frozen custard shop, fast and friendly service, and way better than regular ice cream. Tons of toppings to choose from, with ice cream cookies, cakes, and pints ready to go.
