Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in West Jordan

We have enjoyed this store and the great employees that used to work there for many years. In the last few months the service and quality have gone downhill. Today we had our second very messed up order, the first time when I called they jumped on correcting the mistake. This time the first person to answer had attitude out of the gate then hung up on me. I called back and asked for a Manager and guy said he was the Manager and I asked if was giving me a frustrated customer attitude and he said "Honestly, I am"....Then proceeded to be increasingly more rude and again hung up on me. Not once did they offer to correct the error. (I got a pizza missing all the toppings except the ones I ADDED to the specialty pizza. I did not remove all the normal ingredients on the online option to do so). I get mistakes happen and my only expectation is a replacement/correction. After reading other recent reviews and not seeing the old crew members lately it is apparent that the new crew and management are not interested in retaining customers. Do not waste $50 on 2 pizzas that...

So my experience tonight was not one of the Greatest I've had with this location. I get Pizza from this particular location. From time to time. And I truly love Papa Murphys Pizza I talk about how they are gluten free. I think I even rated the location before and gave it five stars.

But tonight was horrible. I understand how agitating it is when customers come in late i used to work retail and I once worked for Domino's Pizza for like 3 to 4 years. But I figured I work hourly more money for my pocket. And I keep my agitation to myself. So my wife was the one that went in to the store when she came back out she was obviously upset. She said that they gave her the total cold shoulder. Even after apologizing and Tipping them $10.20 on a $73 dollar. My wife was even being really nice and telling them thank you. And they even made my wife's Pizza wrong she just want a Garlic Chicken and spinach pizza the also put artichokes and bacon on it. My wife doesn't really like bacon her stomach cant handle it All I ask is that the boys last night get a talking...

My daughter and I have extremely exacting requirements for what we can or cannot eat due to a very rare disease that we have. It's actually the disease that the vampire myth is based on. A part of the myth that's true is that garlic is toxic to us. Onions and a huge bunch of other foods are as well. The people who work here are happy to let me walk them through the making of a "safe" pizza for us and even seem interested in knowing what and why of our disease, although that could just be that they're being polite, but it really doesn't matter. There is NEVER enough instruction that I could give to the delivery places that would result in food that's safe being brought to our home. Papa Murphy's is truly our only recourse.
