McDonald's — Restaurant in West Lafayette

Fast food quality is always hit or miss, so the poor quality of food was not a surprise, the atmosphere is not friendly or inviting. Feels like all they want is for you to leave. No access to straws. napkins, salt, ketchup, or drink refills. Order was wrong. When I went to find someone at the counter to ask for ketchup packets, had to wait for 7 to 8 minutes and yelled twice to get someone's ls attention only to be met with someone that probably shouldn't be working in a service oriented industry. I asked for ketchup she gave me 4 packets . . . I had 5 people with me. 4 packets are not gonna do anything. When I said I need some more she handed me and absurd amount, at this time a older blonde manager was walking up with a look of annoyance/rudness towards me, as if I was in the wrong waiting so long for ketchup packets. Placed a curbside order through the app at 2:30. Went to the restaurant after receiving a notification that my order was ready. Parked is curbside #8 at 2:35 immediately received a notification that my order was on its way to my spot. I waited 10 minutes for my order and no one came out so i went inside and spent another 5 minutes at the counter before a single employee asked me if i needed help with anything, Just to find out my order hadn’t even been started. Why would you “complete” an order that isnt done? Why would you send out the notification that my food was on its way when the order wasnt even ready? Why did i have to wait so long for ANY customer service?

Avoid! I have gone multiple times since they are a newer location and figured the mistakes were just them working out kinks. It is not. Every order I have ever placed at this location has been incorrect. Sandwhichs coming with the wrong meats, the wrong toppings. The drinks are never filled correctly. I would expect a $5 drink to be filled fully. The store layout makes it impossible to get the attention of any worker since there is no front end worker and there are walls blocking visibility to where the workers are.
