I was born and raised in NJ. Spent 12 years in Florida. I know good Chinese food. We moved to Cedar Rapids last year and I spent a year looking for that good Chinese food without having to drive all the way to Chicago. After one year of searching I found it right here. This here is some decent Chinese food. When she put that plate in front of me and I saw how yellow that rice was I knew that this was it. We eat there alot, normally at least once a week, cost is in line with others, but food twice as good as any Chinese in the area including Iowa city. Just went for appetizers, and was pleasantly surprised with how great they were. The egg rolls were good, and the crab rangoon were that perfect crunchiness on the outside and the inside had that wonderful soft gooey center. A hard balance to perform.
