Brother's Pizza — Restaurant in West Long Branch

If I could rate them ZERO stars I absolutely would. I ordered a Large Pie with half pepperoni, and half onions and peppers AND WAS SURE TO SPECIFY THE FACT I WANTED IT EXTRA CRISPY, AND THE CRUST WELL DONE. Understandably, they are an oily combo, but this pizza was so OILY, that it was not to be digested by anyone who cares for they stomach, or health. When I called them to ask for a better made pizza, or some kind of answer to what happened in the process, the OWNER told me that "it is food, and that I should eat it because I will not be getting a refund". 👎thumbs down. asked for a slice and guy tells me 5mins so went to the quick_chek next door for a drink; wait in line. i was longer than 5mins that i figure my slice be on a plate or in a bag by then. i come back, no slice. the delivery kid is now asking me why i'm there. i just wanted a slice. another customer comes in to order and the same exact guy who took my order starts taking his🤬where is my slice?? bad customer service. i won't be back. when you can't even get a slice from one guy, it's not worth the headache; better places elsewhere to...

I only gave 4 stars because I have only ordered one thing from them so far...i sure do plan on returning. Coming from North Jersey, I was on my way to Quik Chek for a sandwich to take to the beach, but I saw Brother's Pizza next store and figured "their subs will be better quality". BEST CHOICE of the day! I ordered a sub with turkey, ham, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and mayo...thank you so much to the gentleman that made that sandwich. It was better than any quik chek, wawa, or jersey mike's sub I ever had. Will be back on my next...
