Absolutely phenomenal business. Their wood is pristine and of excellent quality - cut neatly, well-dried, no bark, and all clear heartwood. The communication from order placement to pickup was outstanding. The owner, Steve, generously spent time with us explaining the virtues of each species of wood, and how each type cooks and pairs best with different foods and cooking methods. I never knew there could be such a difference in the quality of wood.
