Dunkin' — Restaurant in West Marion

I stopped by yesterday on my way home from work. I normally drive up to the Dunkin, in Swannanoa and let me tell you. I will not make the mistake of stopping by the one in Marion again. I had a simple order. I wanted a large frozen mint hot chocolate with no whipped cream, a grilled cheese sandwich with black forest ham, an order of hashbrowns and 9 donuts: 3 jelly filled, 3 Bavarian and 3 chocolate sprinkles. Here's were it started going wrong. The chocolate sprinkles showed up on the screen as vanilla sprinkled. So when I got to the window to pay o reminded the young lady who was full of attitude that they were supposed to be chocolate and she very quickly told someone to fix that. They fix that and she starts handing me stuff out. Sandwhich, donuts, and frozen hot chocolate. Okay she tries to send me on my way, I ask for my hashbrowns and she rolled her eyes and went to tell someone she needed them, that took a few mins to get. Let's talk about the frozen hot chocolate... it had a huge amount of whipped cream, absolutely didn't taste like mint and it was essentially water with light chocolate flavor that probably came from the glob of chocolate syrup mixed with the whipped cream. Going down the road while attempting to eat my grilled cheese, I realized it has no ham and also chewing 3 week old gum from under a table probably would have been easier. I only got 4 hashbrowns, which were over cooked and beyond crunchy. Overall I will not be stopping there again. Let alone spending $24 and nothing about the order coming out like its supposed to. Save your money people. If you want your order right. Go to a different location. This isn't the first time its happened but this probably...

To begin with, I placed a mobile order pickup. When i arrived at this location, they acted like they had never received this order and even went as far as accusing me for ordering at the wrong location! So my pregnant sister and i had to resort to walking in and ask about this. The customer service was not so great, there were at least 4-5 workers in there yet it took 5 minutes before one even offered their help. They had said they had no idea what to do about this other than telling me to contact their customer support. So i had to resort to re-ordering our food, taking more of our time. My sister and I had ordered the sweet pepper bacon breakfast croissants. each sandwich had not even a whole piece of bacon on them. I’m sorry but when i order a BACON breakfast sandwich, i expect at least a whole piece of bacon, yet we received maybe 1/3 of a piece. It’s honestly sad if i have to resort to buying a side of bacon to make sure my order is correct. And on top of that, my hash browns seemed over cooked, they were hard. I’m sorry but if i wanted hard hash browns, I’d let my sister make them for me. It makes me reconsider getting breakfast here ever again. Truly a...

We have been coming here for quite some time and always come through the week during the day. Today, Sunday, we decided to go by on our way home to make dinner. We bought four drinks. Two women working, neither one had a hat or a hair net. My fiance got halfway through his drink and a big hair was on the inside, then I checked the cups and didn't see two hairs in my own drink until I was dang near done with it! I called and no apology at all she just said bring the drinks in she would replace them but we were busy cooking dinner and didn't have time to make it before they closed. She said there were two of them and she didn't k ow who's hair it could be because they both had brown hair. This about made me sick and the whipped cream covered up being able to see the hairs. Nasty and disgusting! Save yourself and go somewhere else. I will go to swannanoa from now...
