KFC — Restaurant in West Memphis

The KFC on Missouri Street has been very consistent for quite some time now. The food is good and usually better than some of the other fast food places around town. My order is usually correct and the food is usually fresh and hot. The employees are courteous and efficient. I applaud and appreciate the management and employees for their extra effort during these strange times.

My gosh, some of these comments/reviews are ridiculous and entertaining in a strange way. Complaining about anything...so random. People are so out of touch. Some things have nothing to do with the restaurant at all. Like delivery trucks and overpriced food. First, without the delivery truck there would be no food. These trucks will park wherever they can fit. Prices? Have you been grocery shopping lately? Referencing a YouTube video in a review? She probably still watches the news and believes everything. Oh, the guy who was mad because he didn't have enough money for what he ordered and expected free food from them. Wow. This new generation is really lacking in common sense and brains in...

I don’t write reviews often, but I mean, some of the worst customer service I’ve seen in fast food I witnessed tonight. A woman comes in after me to pick up an order for DoorDash, the cashier lady says “ughhh we got ANOTHER door dash order, damn.” So unprofessional, so rude. Mind you, at this time, there was NO body else in the lobby ordering food.

When I walked up to order, I stood there right in front where you order at for a legitimate 7 minutes before anyone walked to the front to take my order. Not a hello, one minute, how are you, nothing.

The franchisee, district manager, etc should be ashamed. Nothing but a group of bad employees feeding off each others negative energy and taking it out on the customers. Shameful.

My husband purchased the two piece dark. And then brought it to me on my sickbed first real meal in 5 days. I was very very disappointed old chicken burnt and dry I called the store back after giving the chicken to the Cat. I spoke to FAYE the manager she did Apologize took my name and said that we could pick up a new meal why is it that we can fix it the second time but we can't do right the first time she said that she told her staff to dispose of this pan of chicken. SHE had specifically said to throw away I just wonder how many other people got this bad chicken.
