Walgreens — Local services in West Memphis

Pretty much good store, but i just had a very bad experience in the pharmacy too pick up my medicine. Mind you that tbey didn't have enough too fill my prescription and i never got the rest of my medicine. Fast foward im right in the doctors office yesterday for the same thing just a little more aggressive. When i asked was my prescription/refill (which might i add my doctor didn't perscribe me a refill) she had a very bad attitude that i asked about my medicine. I feel very discriminated by the young lady in this store. I can't help my hiatal hernia, liver and kidneys pains, are all having to do with my sinus drainage, which probably would've worked better if i had all my medicines to work togother. STOP TREATING CUSTOMERS LIKE JUNKIES!!!!!!! STOP...

They never have any prescriptions ready on time even after the automated system calls you and they make excuses when you come in and the workers in the pharmacy have horrible customer service I would recommend Wal-Mart or Kroger seriously especially for regular maintenance medications you could actually die waiting on them to fill your prescription.

I don't know about the other Walgreens pharmacy but the one on Avalon and Broadway in West Memphis Arkansas needs to be ashamed of their operations and services I see why there are more pharmacy such as Quest are...
