Stopped by this morning 11/3/2020. For some breakfast. Well after 25 minutes and pressing the button multiple times. No one ever answered to take my order I was in stall 32. I watched every car close to the building get their food and leave. I finally gave up and left. Judging by the lack of speed in which the employees were moving I realized waiting to speak to a manger would have been a waste of my time. I figured I would express displeasure with my wallet. And I eat out a lot, at least two meals a day. Sad to see this happen it used to be above average. But not anymore. And please don’t post a number for me to call to escalate this. If you are truly concerned with your customer experience the reviews I have read paint a very clear picture of what is wrong. Tried again for lunch on 12/17/22 pressed the button twice in the first bay. It takes ten minutes for the red button activated banner to go away. Currently waiting in the second bay to see if I can my order in. Have watched four other cars leave with their orders. Mildly infuriating to put it nicely. As I said before I we eat out a lot. Read moreClosing time needs to be changed to 9:30 or even earlier. Last night was the 3rd time in 2 weeks that we have drove to the West Memphis Sonic only to find that it doesn't stay open until 10. Last night we pulled in at 9:36 and pushed the red button 4 times to be told at 9:42 that they were closed. I said I had been waiting and that it wasn't 10 o'clock. She said it's 9:50 and we are CLOSED. I asked what manager was on duty then told to hold on. A few minutes later she comes back and says "what are you trying to get"? I said no worries but want to know the managers name and all I got was Jennifer and the microphone was turned off. I have never been treated so rudely and ignored from a fast food restaurant. I'm starting to think that Sonic corporate needs to be my next call. There is no excuse to be so rude. If employees don't want to work the regular posted hours then find a new job!

Read moreThe food that my daughter ordered was hot and fresh and accurate. The cherry limeade I ordered did not have cherries or limes in it. This is one of those things that bother me that probably shouldn't and are evidence of my increasing age. (Why in MY DAY, cherry limeaides had CHERRIES AND LIMES!" LOL.) Honestly I rarely go to Sonic anymore because the Cherry limeades were always my favorite and for some reason the fruits stopped going in as the prices went up. They're just not made very well and that is no reflection of this specific location because I complain about the same thing at the two closer to my house that we used to frequent. As far as this specific location goes, our car hop was very friendly and everything was accurate and promptly brought out. And regardless of the absence of cherry and lime, it was drinkable.
