literally one of the worst ice cream shops I’ve ever been to.. never order food here because they’ll likely mess it up and it just really doesn’t taste that great. I’m not expecting a 5 star meal but a lot of it really just tastes very bland. As far as the ice cream, it’s pretty good except they don’t really know how to blend the creamers.. it’s like you’re slurping chunks of ice with every sip. More ice than actual ice cream. And honestly, the customer service is really annoying and frustrating. Many times myself and others have gotten blank expressions and attitude for literally ordering. Another thing is the confusion on so many ice cream related things. Like how are you going to work in an ice cream shop and not know what someone is asking for/explaining? you have to ask like 2/3 other people and they’re just as confused so they finally go to the owner who actually understands. that’s really upsetting, either there wasn’t much training to begin with or the staff chooses to not...

Honestly this was the first local place I had gone to when I moved back in with my parents, so I was surprised when the icecream was so good.

So far I have tried the cheese fries, cheese burger, and icecream(cone and a snowstorm)

The burger might seem cheap but honestly, thats what I liked about it. It tasted just how I wanted it to taste so I was very happy about that..

Although.. The cheese fries are why food gets a 4/5 stars. I really didn't like them, the cheese tasted fine actually! It was just the fries, they really didn't taste like normal fries I am not gonna lie.

But this is at heart, a place that sells icecream right? And they make those icecreams well! I absolutely loved both the snowstorm and the icecream cone I got. Just a warning though, if you are like me and can't eat big portions. Get the smallest size.

I've never seen our dairy bar being run so poorly. The new owners are so focused on aprons and cups with their name on them...but aren't focusing on things that matter. They do not give you that small town feeling. They are all rude. Half the time, the window is slammed open and an expressionless face is shouting your total at you without any greeting. The milkshakes do not have enough flavor, and they've even managed to mess up the flavor and consistency of the dole whip. They changed the Bulldog shakes as soon as they became popular. They close down the grill before they're even closed. You always have to check your bags, because they mess up more times than they get orders out correctly. They're quickly running it...
