Calixto’s pizza — Restaurant in West Penn Township

So my wife orders a hot wing pizza with blue cheese she told the woman hot wing not once but twice then said extra blue cheese. Go home and it's Hawaiian so I call them and the woman says it's my wife's mistake then tells me to bring it back and I stand around waiting for the wing pie. Ok then his daughter comes over to me and tells me it's 23.00 and change. I'm like no you made the mistake then tells me my wife seen her write it down I'm like oh so my wife was watching her write upside down and can read her spelling. Oh ok They took the Hawaiian pizza as well that cost 23.00. And basically stole our money. This is not the only time the daughter one day made a mistake when we called asking for 10 tacos half soft half hard. They end up giving us 10 and 10 each now we also had 2 pizzas. So I'm thinking whatever I'm not driving back out. Then a few weeks later my wife goes in with another big order around 50$ worth they hand her the bill for the 10 tacos they mistakenly gave us. My wife just decided to pay. All I know is when a restaurant make a mistake thats on them they do not argue with the customer. Zero stars who does that....

Me and my fiancee stopped here for some quick food, we ordered cheese fries and 2 tacos. When I first walked in the man who appears to be the owner glared at me. When I asked him if they only offer a 10 count of wings he seemed to be irritated by the question and when I confirmed that I definitely couldn’t get a half order he barely responded. They overcharged us by well over 2 dollars and when we informed them the woman who appears to be his wife slammed 2 dollar bills down on the table and didn’t speak...

I'm so glad there's more than one decent place to eat in this area. Since moving to New Ringgold from Trexlertown the lack of stores and restaurants has been a bummer. We passed this place all the time and kind of laughed that they couldn't make up there mind if they do Mexican or Italian food. The employees are warm and friendly. Prices are great.
