Very nice renovations and good food at great prices. We would like to give a better rating but unfortunately, our waitress, who was a holdover from the prior ownership was very rude and slow. When the diner was named Happy's, she was the same way and we avoided her whenever possible. Incredibly enough, she is much worse now. If we dine there again, we will ask for a different server. I wish we could name her to warn others, but that would mean stooping to her level. We would like to add that another waitress that saw that we were having issues and helped us out, was fantastic. We wish our tip would have gone to that young lady. Despite the poor service, we will be back, as the others working there deserve...
Read moreWe stopped in for breakfast this morning, we had a 2 year old with us and our server immediately asked if we'd like her order put in first, which we did... when she brought the little ones plate out she gave to my daughter rather than setting in front of the baby which we really appreciated because it gave us a chance to cut it up without having to try to keep her from reaching for it. Food was really good, bathroom was very clean, service was really nice and when they learned it was my birthday they offered me a slice of pie. Definitely recommend for a nice breakfast...our server did let us know that weekends are really busy so to call ahead to reserve a table or plan...
Read moreThe place is good for breakfast! We went for Father’s Day, and due to it being a “holiday” breakfast stopped at 11 and we could only choose from “specials”. They were priced like it would be some good food, so we ordered from that menu. I was so disappointed in the food, it was such a waste of money. Had me so discouraged that it ruined the whole idea of making a reservation and going out to eat for Father’s Day. We could’ve gotten a nice meal for that price.
It’s a great breakfast spot, if you’re going on a “holiday” , avoid making the same mistake we did and get there before 11 for breakfast food!
