This is pathetic. I'm not saying all of the employees are bad, lazy, and rude. However, somebody is responsible for the constant mess ups, wrong orders, sloppy food, rude behavior, etc. I don't mind waiting in the long lines. But, when you get to the "may I take your order" part and all you can hear is employees talking, complaining, laughing with each other instead of listening to your order, getting it right and being courteous to the customer.... something isn't professional. Then when you get to the window, some employees are rude, cut you off or busy chatting with another employee. I can deal with that even. But.... every time you get your order, SOMETHING is wrong. You may find it before driving off. But, Most of the time it's either when you get to work, get down the road or get home to feed your family. I love Jack's or I used to. We live in West Point, it's so convenient. But, if this keeps up, I'll drive to cullman to get my food, my family's food!!! Or the local gas station.... it's a lot better service, nice employees and, lately, better food!!! Get it together West Point Jack's!!!

It's silly, but it's aggravating to pay $3+ for 2 sides of gravy and only given barely enough to cover the bottom. 2 combined wouldn't even fill this container up. It's been an ongoing issue, especially with weekend crew at Jacks in West Point. The one and only time I checked and went in to ask about how much was given. She said they were only allowed to give 4 oz ... then let's get the correct containers and give ppl what they pay for. This morning, my sons biscuits, once I opened them up and broke it up, they weren't even wet. No longer will be going to west point jacks even for convenience on weekends. Terrible food prep. Great customer service at the window. Nice young ladies.

Waited in drive-thru for over 20 minutes this morning (my choice). Gravy, eggs, and grits were cold. Ordered well done bacon, it was barely cooked. Pie was marked Strawberry, but both were actually Apple. I had stopped buying hash rounds because they are normally under cooked and so oily the grease seeps through the bag on my 3 minute drive home. The culture of not caring if the order is correct has gotten worse at the West Point location. I understand I am only one customer and my 4-5 visits a week will probably go unnoticed, but it is time to spend my pennies elsewhere. Maybe they can get their act together next year and I can again support my local Jack's.

This jacks needs a complete overhaul. I don't know what has happened to this location in the last year but it SUCKS. They literally handle one person in the drive thru at a time. They literally take one persons order and let them get to window and take their money and give them their food before they take the order of the next person in line. Why are they not putting in orders back to back? It shouldn't take 20 minutes in a drive thru. (I don't want to hear anything about "no one wants to work anymore", no one wants to work with ppl that are lazy and that's a reflection of management, you're allowing it to happen) They also quit putting seasoning on the French fries. Went to the drive thru last week, ordered two combos, took the girl taking my order two to three minutes to even come to the speaker to take my order, then screwed it up 5 times reading it back and I just told her nevermind and went to Zaxby's. I was the only person in the drive thru. Whoever is the manager there, needs to be fired. What happened to wearing uniforms? Now they just show up like they crawled out of bed. This is the worst jacks in cullman county.

After reading reviews of this same location, y'all aren't doing anything to correct the problems. It's the same problem with every review. No one wants to message you on the tell jacks thing you keep responding with. Based off the reviews, you still don't fix...

I cannot say enough good things about this Jack's. From the customer service to the food to the welcoming atmosphere to how clean it is, every visit has always been perfect.

But there is one act of graciousness that will never be forgotten by nearly 500 people: the day this Jack's location fed nearly 200 folks on less than 10 hours notice. The date is July 22, 2023 and the power is out at Extreme Military Challenge!, with about 200 folks on post in the middle of our 2023 Training Mission. About 150 of those people are children. The Cadre at XMC and the parents of the Challengers will be forever grateful for the help in our time of need.

When faced with the prospect that power may not be restored any time soon, we turned to our local Jack's for help, in the middle of Rock the South, no less. The night manager realized our plight immediately. Within an hour, he had the extra help needed to complete a large order for 0730 in the morning so we could feed our Challengers and Cadre.

To us, this particular location exemplifies the "can do" spirit of the South as well as gracious hospitality! Thank you doesn't begin to cover the...
