McDonald's — Restaurant in West Point

I have worked in 3 McDonald's restaurants. I was a shift manager at one of those, and I have visited many. I usually try to give these workers credit, because I personally know how stressful and busy it can be working at places like this. That being said, however, this is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. It is always slow, regardless of if they are busy or not. The workers are always rude, and do not speak to their guests properly. Half of the time, you can scarcely understand what they are saying. The guests are not greeted properly, and the workers do not close out the service well at all. They will, if you are inside, throw the bag on the counter, sometimes knocking it over, call out the order (not the order number), and you are very lucky if you get a "thanks." The fries are almost always 30-45 minutes old. Sometimes they are cold also. And the meat on your burgers is usually about an hour old. I mean, this food is so old that you can take one look and obviously see that they are not doing their job in the grill properly. They will never serve ice cream cones. They say that the machine is broken, but after trying to order one about 7 times, I told them that two buttons should not be turned on and that is why the ice cream is so soft. They told me that it keeps the fudge and caramel for the sundaes hot, which it absolutely does not. I know this for a fact, because I thought the same thing when I was working at a McDonald's and our Maintenance Technician showed me, and I never had a problem again. Also, on a Monday night at about 10:00pm, we came through the drive through and ordered 3 Mcdoubles, 1 McChicken, and a medium sized fry. There was no one ahead of us and one car behind us, which drove off after waiting so long. We waited for our food for about 20 minutes. Actually it was 21 minutes. After waiting so long, the fries were so old that they were cold, and the meat was old as well. I was sick for the rest of the night after eating it. Since we had waited so long, we asked if could order a drink (seeing as there still were no cars in line) and the lady said, "No, you can't!" and slammed the window in our face. Didn't offer a thank you, an apology, a come back, or anything. This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to State-Wide. And a few in TN included in that. Whoever is running this store needs to get it on track and hire better workers. I have never seen such chaos in a fast food restaurant, much less one out in the country like this. After such bad treatment and horrible food, we decided we would no longer choose McDonald's, and replaced it with Wendy's where the service is always good and the food is always hot. If you are considering going to this McDonald's, you'd be better off going to Wendy's or just cooking at home. (Wendy's offers the dollar menu also.) Worst service and food I've ever had. Wifi is terrible. It kicks you off after every attempt to search or type anything. I give everything about this McDonald's a thumbs...

We do not go to McDonald’s often at all anyway, but when we do we are always reminded as to why we never go there and why we go to Chick-fil-A. The young lady taking our order was polite and even called our order back out to us, so it seemed to be going well at first. They called out some random number and since their printer was not printing receipts the young lady had to tell us that was our order. Looking through the bag we realized we ordered 2 combos but only got one medium fry. So telling them we were missing a fry turned into a big ordeal! First someone behind the counter said I was only charged for one fry! Am I missing something but I thought when you order 2 combos you get 2 fries and 2 drinks!At this point just wanting to get the fries and go about my trip, I tell them I will buy another medium fry. The manager comes over and tells me agin you were only charged for one fry! Ok, good now I need to buy another to complete my combo order! I was not even about to make a big deal over the fact that I upsized my fry and drink and only got one medium fry and two medium drinks! Please just give me the fries and I will not be back! I visited this location July 31st & the customer service was horrible. The employees are beyond lazy, all the way up to management. I ordered a 10 piece Chicken Nugget meal w/ Sweet Chilli sauce. Mind you that this is still kind of a new sauce that was advertised when summer first began with the MCD famous meal deals. This is the only reason I ordered the 10 piece so that I could enjoy my favorite sauce with my meal. After being told by an employee on the mic who didn’t sound happy to be there that they DID have the sauce for my order, I politely paid for my order & was given no receipt at all. I moved to the window to receive the food & out comes my order with NO SAUCE IN THE BAG AT ALL. I let them know that I didn’t receive my sauce and the person at the window says to me “Oh we ain’t got it”. After I asked for a refund of my order, somehow the sauce magically appeared from inside the establishment. When I worked at McDonald’s we were SUPPOSED to make sure things were stocked during our shift and if you knew you needed to go to back and get something that’s needed for your shift you do that. The only thing that was pleasant at this location was how fresh my nuggets were.
