TSP Bakeshop — Restaurant in West Richland

tsp Bakeshop is the best place for cakes and other goodies in the Tri-Cities. My daughter and I love everything we've tried. She just celebrated her 9th birthday and that she doesn't want a cake from anywhere else. We wait all year for her birthday cake. With so many flavor combinations available it would take one hundred birthdays to try them all. I called three or four times between November and the middle of December to request changes to the cake order for my daughter. They never seemed annoyed, upset or too busy to handle my order. They were extremely professional as they are each and every time I'm there. The macaroons are also a favorite. One time my daughter and I went just to get a macaroon and they had the most beautifully decorated ones with irises on top. They were as tasty as they were beautiful. My daughter took cupcakes to school this year for her birthday. She said they were delicious and says the students gave her a 'thumbs up' and told her they loved them as well. She had chosen 12 chocolate and 12 vanilla all with pink frosting and said all of the vanilla were chosen and three chocolate were left. They were very pretty. I have made several special orders and they are always done on time and to perfection. I have never been disappointed. I love the almond biscotti while my daughter prefers the lemon. Biscotti is a special order we have made many times. They made cannoli for me which I am using as a Christmas gift for my aunt. I know she will love them. I admit my daughter and I each tried one. We have also tried cookies that were delicious. The ginger molasses cookies are my favorite of the cookies I have tried and my daughter concurs. I can't say enough good things about tsp Bakeshop. I can't imagine going elsewhere. I live in Kennewick, but from my home it is a 30 minute drive and therefore at least an hour trip each time we go. We had our wedding cake done by Melissa and her team at TSP Bakeshop. We were impressed from our initial meeting. She set up the tasting in a way where we could try multiple combinations. She continued to impress us by making a drawing of our cake right then and there. I wanted a BIG cake which was going to be easy since we were looking at 300+ guests. When he had to downsize, Melissa innovated and made part of our cake out of foam to keep it looking the way I wanted. On the wedding day, the cake was beautiful but more importantly it was SO GOOD. When my husband and I cut the cake we did the whole feed each other a bite and I remember our eyes widening thinking "wow this is so good"! We ended up tucking away to finish the whole piece together. There was no leftover cake! We had TSP do the desserts and our wedding cake for our wedding in May 2024. They had a great selection of cakes and dessert options, including gluten free, to choose from and we had so much fun at our free tasting coming up with our cake flavor. They were able to make the most delicious and beautiful wedding cake and it was gluten free with no extra charge. The GF cake tasted and looked no different than a regular cake which was amazing.
