Workers do not know what they are doing! At all! They are charging me for stuff but I'm not receiving it! That's stealing! This has happened 3 times already and you just reopened for the season. Who charges 3.00 for 3 Lil tiny tbsp of sauce and doesn't receive it. Paid for 3 tacos for my mother to eat and you gave us 1 taco, no sour cream or salsa. Your fish was raw and your hamburger tastes really bad. The workers act like they do not know what to say or do and like they're confused with what they're doing. Had one guy come up to the window and ask what I'm doing at the window 😂 what do you think, waiting for my food I paid you...

First time in West Union. Stopped into the local DQ for lunch and went back for dinner after. One of the owners (Amy) knew every customer by name! The guests love it there. I had a great experience. On my second visit the store was staffed with its "night crew" I imagine and while Amy was probably done for the day the manager on duty and the rest of the team all clearly cared about their guests' experiences. Nice job! I will be back whenever...

Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Every time I've been here it takes a very long time to get what you order. Went in today to get a cake and the line was long and no one working there seemed too concerned. People ahead of us must have gotten tired of the long wait and left and I figured by the time we were able to pay for our cake it would be melted so we left as well.Looking for good ice cream I suggest going...
