I went through the line and said my order. I noticed on the screen it was saying 3 Double Quarters when I had said 3 #5 Large and an ice cream cone. I knew she was somewhat new when I had to say it the second time. I then kept telling the young lady it’s #5 Large with Chicken nuggets and have her repeat the order to me to make sure. She says 3 #5 Large and I know she was only saying it because I said it and she just doesn’t know what the meal is, but it was still saying Double Quarter. I then go up to pay and the boy at the window, he tells me my order in which I say “It’s 3 #5 Large with the chicken nuggets, but the lady taking my order kept putting Double Quarter.” I should’ve know the price was still high for 3 #5 Large when he told me the total, but for some reason I was thinking, “Well, Inflation.” Anyways, he proceeds to say ok and I tap my card to pay thinking he changed it. But no. I get my receipt see it stills says Double Quarter and tell him it’s 3 #5 Large. He doesn’t know what to say or do and stares on top of my car for 5 seconds and then says he’ll get the manager. The manager on duty repeats the order and I tell her the same thing. As she’s trying to do my refund, the car behind me has no patience what so ever and beeps at me and puts his hands up like that’s going to do anything. How hard is it to just wait a few more minutes, especially in a Mcdonald’s drive thru. I get I’m holding the line up, but it wasn’t my fault. At the moment, I should’ve bought his order and took it. I then hear her telling the boy, “This is why you repeat the order to them.” And the boy says he did. He repeated an order, but it wasn’t mine in which I appreciate because I would have payed for it. What he didn’t do was fix it after I told him it was wrong. I didn’t even get the drinks I wanted when I went to the next window. Overall, I just didn’t have the best experience today. The newer employees clearly still need to have some trainers next to them. This is literally the best Mcdonald’s out of any that is near it, so will I keep coming back. Yes. Read moreI typically haven’t had an issue with this location. Food is always hot at least, even if the service can be a bit slow. And I even understand the push for people to use their mobile options and the in-restaurant kiosk. I opted to use to app to order but it wouldn’t work so I was going to ask a question about it and order in person.
Now I know people have specific responsibilities in the restaurant, but the cashier walked over and started counting coins (as in wasn’t already engaged in doing it when I got in line) for at least 4 minutes while I was first in a line of 3 people (the 2 working kiosks were full) without acknowledging my existence, with 2 other employees walking around I guess doing other things but also pretending there wasn’t a line. I’ve seen this happen at other locations that have the kiosks which is an attempt I guess to drive people to use them, but sometimes people, like myself, have questions about their app, and others don’t know how to use their electronic options. I get that this probably in part comes from management to get people to use the kiosks since I see it at so many locations, but this is a really poor way of going about it.
I eventually left because I wasn’t going to stand there like an idiot in front of this kid counting coins for 5 minutes while I was being ignored, and I had a bus to catch. Not sure how long it took them to get to the other person who was in line. Normally I dislike leaving poor reviews, but this experience was pretty irritating and I was hungry. Read moreIf I could give 0 star ratings I would, this was the WORST experience I’ve ever encountered. We order 2 cheeseburgers and 2 hot and spicy mc chickens and some nuggets. Although I fully understand it takes a little bit longer for chicken to fully cook this was inexcusable. We pull up to the second window and then hand us our drinks that feel super super light. So I check and they weren’t even half full. Let alone completely flat! So we mentioned it to them they said they would get us new ones and told us to pull around the building to wait for a food. So we pulled around and waiting 15 mins for the first bag. Our correct order was on the receipt but the bag of food was completely wrong. And I mentioned it to the guy and he completely walked away. He brings out more food to the car behind us and their order was wrong to. I caught his attention and told him it was wrong so he went to fix it while forget our drinks. This lady comes out and brings our drinks and I tell her our food is wrong. They then proceed to bring yet another bag that was still wrong but gave the first bag to the car behind us. She finally brings our food out and it’s still missing some food. We asked for ranch, we got no ranch along with our drinks we’re still only half full. I’ve never had this bad of an experience with this location this is completely unacceptable and needs to be fixed. Remind you they weren’t busy at all!
