What a disappointment of customer service from this location. Their store manager Danielle really needs to take time to rain her employees better. I feel bad they are getting the incompetent training they have received. I went into this location as I had bought a cold reusable cup that was designed by Alison Bremner. Upon getting home I noticed the cup had a big spider crack through it. The next time I could get back in was a week later, clearly the cup wasnāt used as it still had the papers inside. I was told because I didnāt have a physical receipt I couldnāt exchange for the exact same cup. I was never given a receipt by the barista or even offered at the time. I had the card I bought it with and even the time I was there and even showed the charge on my account. The manager told the sweet employee working that I could either get epoxy or resin to fix it. It is against Kroger policy, except Iāve never had an issue with Kroger and needing to exchange something without a receipt? Be weary if you buy any merchandise here as I am now without a useable cup and the money for it. What a shame that these baristas are being so...

The Starbucks girl was very kind and handled the situation well. And I agree 100% with her. Not all franchises are linked. And I think if someone orders a drink from one store, then they need to go to that store. Because if she made a drink for every person that comes through that door who went to the wrong location her store would take a big loss. And whose to say after she does it they aren't going to drive across the street to get theirs from the one they actually ordered it from. There are to many scammers now days trying to get over on people. One can never be to careful. Thankfully the person was understanding. Old review: Stood in line with 2 groups in front of me. The person in front of me left soon after. I had 2 groups behind me leave. All the while the dude talked to the one customer about how he was so fast at making drinks, any other barista would take 20 min to make a drink, where he use to work, his previous coworkers, Aspen the customers cousin blah blah. Thought they were not allowed to take tips.. I saw him take a tip from a customer and another customer felt obligated to tip him, even after he forgot one of his drinks.
