Starbucks — Restaurant in West Valley City

Absolutely loved my service and pumpkin spice latte. Love to start the season right. Unfortunately, I was concerned and my energy was disrupted by a negative lead in Starbucks I believe goes by the name Beyoncé. Seems too controlling and has negative energy when in a busy situation. I understand the stress, but there is no need to treat your staff such a way where the customer can feel the employee's feeling down and enforced upon to do simple tasks; Instead of creating a calm collective environment for her team. I appreciate the time and two ladys who helped me with my drinks. I believe Dominick and the lady with the green eyes did a wonderful job getting my drinks. Thank you so much for the good start...

Stopped in again this morning and got some of their names, Deja Chanel and Tony - the 6 AM weekday crew members deserve to be acknowledged. Their smiles their friendly positive attitudes, their fun messages on my everyday white mocha with peppermint, their genuine care, all of it brings me back day after day. I know I'm going to have a FANTASTIC day when it starts with these fine individuals lifting my spirits and bringing out my own smile. I don't believe they have any idea how much their positive energy impacts others, but they deserve to know they are KICKING BUTT IN LIFE!

P.S. the egg bites rock and my drinks are always spot on. The service is FAST and couldn't be any...

This location is terrible… 1st i went was right after they opened so I didn’t have high expectations because I’m sure everyone was training so I let it be. The first time I went not only was my drink more creamer than coffee I was over charged by at least $4-5 I let it go. Anyway this is the 2nd time I’ve gone I wanted to give it another try because it’s conveniently near my house. Anyway this is what I get 90% ice …. Y’all are already over priced.....
