I order from Inwood Anthony's usually once a week sometimes twice a week. Well last night we ordered 2 pizza's and 2 salads. I was making plates and noticed a huge peice of hair baked down under the cheese and it was stuck pretty good when I tried to pull it. That was it for me I couldn't eat it and noone else in the house wanted it either. I called to speak a manager "Ron" he said no way possible only dudes work there, and we would have noticed it. I said I will bring the pizza into you to prove it, I said better yet I will bring all the food back. He said no need to do all that just throw it away and come in we will make another one for you I said ill pass. I would not be able to stomach eating it. I told him Ill be in today to get my money back he seemed to have a issue. I went to the store showed him the picture, first he told me he doesn't see hair in my pictures. Then he told me was probably my delivery drivers bread hair, well for one why I'd my delivery driver opening my pizza box and for 2 no way this was bread hair to long and u can tell difference. Then he once again told me to look around no females work there, I laugh take a picture and said clearly there is a female right there answering phones and the dude answering phones as well also has longer hair. He was trying to go onto his next excuse bc clearly he didn't want to take fault for a peice of Hair that was baked in under the double cheese. The fact he was more worried about arguing with me and trying to say I'm a lier then just apologizing and taking fault and refunding me for the pizza clearly shows he doesn't need to be a manager. I get it mistakes happen but hair baked into my pizza was a big issue, it didnt just fall onto my pizza. Food isn't cheap our bill was 60.00 plus delivery fee and 10.00 tip. He finally refunded me for the 1 pizza. I'm trying to see how I can add pictures to my comment. Get it together inwood...

I haven't ordered a pizza from Anthony's in a very long time so I had no clue and seeing as how this specific Anthony's doesn't so much as have a website I couldn't even look to see. When the guy answered the phone I simply asked, "Do you guys still have..." Before I could even finish my question the guy saying very loud and stern, "EVERY MONDAY AND TUESDAY MA'AM!!!" I let him know that I thought he was rude and I'd order my pizza elsewhere and he told me to go ahead and hung up on me. I called back in and spoke to the manager, Curtis maybe? I told him that his employee was very rude and he in a very sarcastic tone said, "What exactly did he do that you consider rude." So I explained to him. He responded that they get 100 calls a day asking the same question. Does that justify the rudeness? Do people not understand what customer service is at all anymore? If I owned a business that relies on the satifaction and happiness of my customers I'm pretty sure I would answer the question on the 5,000,000,017th call with, "Yes ma'am, every Monday and Tuesday night (Huge smile on the face because you can hear that through the phone) Would you like to place an order?" But I guess that's the difference between me and them!
At any rate, Dominoes has large 2 topping pizzas for the same price. You lose the NY style...but hey, you get...
   Read moreI had ordered for delivery around 7:00. I was quoted 30 to 45 minutes. After 30 minutes I realized I had a few missed calls from Anthonys. I called back and the girl informed me that the credit card information had been deleted. I gave her the information again and she said my order was leaving right now. About 30 minutes later, no food. I called back and she said he was pulling into my driveway right now. 10 minutes later still no delivery. I called back and ask to speak to a manager and I was on hold for 5 minutes. The same girl came back on the phone and said I could have an 8 dollar credit. I said I want to speak to your manager. While holding my food was delivered by an extremely rude driver who said "you realize it's Friday night?" When I spoke to the manager he was also extremely rude. I told him along with the 8 dollar credit to credit back the tip. He basically said I should've expected a 2 hour wait for my food since it was basically my fault their credit card machine didn't process correctly. The credits weren't posted to my account.
