Older lady behind the counter actually leaning on the back counter, acted like we were bothering her by coming in. I started my order saying I’d like a regular roast beef sandwich only she gave me a total price. I said we are going to add things. My husband was standing right beside me. She said, “Well, you stopped!” Very rude. Then he added his order, and other sandwich and two drinks. My husband went to get drinks there was no ice. By now she’s back to leaning on the back counter. He asks, can I get some ice? She, very rudely said “NO, you have to get it from the machine. I can’t be giving it away!” These are drinks we paid for remember. Then he said there is no ice in the machine. (Like we didn’t try that first.) she tells us we have to get it from the adjoining store. If this lady if so miserable in her job she should quit!! Just went here and ordered two Mac and cheese and pulled up and she looked me dead in the face and asked for the money and we asked to add a large fry and she said “let me go check and see if we have any fries” and came back and said “our Mac and cheese is frozen” we were so puzzled at how she said “your total is $7.49” and then all of the sudden we ask for one extra thing and she goes and looks to see if she has it and then comes back and says nothing about the fries and says something about the Mac and cheese 🙄 obviously she just didn’t feel like doing her job 😂 needless to say I didn’t get the fries or the Mac...

Besides the sweet girl behind the counter who has nothing to do with the rest this is mainly about management. The reopened the seating area with distancing which was great but we were one of the first to sit down and with habit clean the table and it was not clean!!! Very scary! Then of course ordered a smokehouse and we got this little tiny thing obviously the wrong sandwich and I got a rueben on bread that wasn’t toasted ! We were like whatever because the set up there you cannot see the kitchen so you don’t know what they will do if you return and complain. Sadly this one is a never...
