They don't even deserve a one star rating. I sat in line for 45min finally get to the speaker. There was a sign that said that they were open until 9 mind u it was only 8pm at this time. After 5 more minutes still no service. I called them the lady that answered the phone was very rude to me and told me that because they had low staff they decided to close down at 8 and they had been doing it for a few days now. She also told me it wouldn't have matter if because they had no ice cream. For who ever was the manager should be fired for not putting a sign up let costumers know what is going on. If I owned that store that person would be the first one I would fire. The second one I would fire would be the lady I talked to for the way she talks to people. Horrible costumers service. This location is great and I appreciate every worker there. Only thing is if you go through drive thru ask for to go lids because it's not automatically giving which it really should be but no issue I just ask. They definitely do deserve a raise because some of my order's are big and they are excellent at getting it right, plus we always check before leaving the parking lot to be safe.
