Giovanni's Pizza — Restaurant in West Virginia

This was my favorite Giovanni's in the area, however I'm sad to say the quality has fallen way off, as well as the service. Food isn't nearly what it used to be, we prefer extra sauce on our pizza and when I get it there is almost no sauce on the pizza. I used to order from here at least once every 2 weeks sometimes more often depending on our busy schedules, and since my last order I don't think I'll be back. Also prices are pretty high, I understand the whole economy is struggling so I get that but it's crazy the cost of a pizza. I really hope things can improve, this was our go to. Management was horrible. Me and my husband are from out of town and ordered at the wrong Giovanni's instead of contacting us and asking if we were going to pick it up I recieved harassment texts and the owner threatening to call the cops over a mistake that I made because I'm not familiar with the area. I also recieved back to back phone calls. I never got a sorry except from the manager. I will never go to this store and I hope the owner, Janice, learns a lesson from harassing...
