Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in West Virginia

Normally I would give this location at least 4 stars but tonight after a 5 hour drive home we stopped to locked doors at 8:45 pm. I was able to make a mobile order and go through the drive through. My order is still not ready. When told to wait out front I asked if someone was going to bring it out since the doors are locked and the dark haired girl assured me she would. I'm not sure what's going on but a sign at the least on the door would have been considerate. There were several walk ups from the neighborhood who had to walk through the drive through, which I believe may be a violation of some sort. I will be contacting corporate support as well. This is concerning for those who are not fortunate enough to have a vehicle and an inconvenience to a family of 4 with a 3 year old autistic daughter after again, 5 hour drive. Let's not leave out the gigantic hole in the drive through that could easily cause rim damage if you were unaware of the crater that consumed my other low profile car's front bumper and rim. When our food finally came we asked for a side of banana peppers because honestly I felt like an inconvenience and forgot to ask when told to wait out front... Where the employee promptly allowed my husband inside to pay extra even after this ordeal. We're finally on our way home with hot and ready...

This is a great place to go if you want to get a pizza really quick for a low price. The breadsticks are good and the dipping sauce is delicious. I strongly recommend this place for anyone who is on a budget and loves to eat pizza.

Also, I do work there. About 5 months ago they were short staffed and had to hire a lot of people then train them. One employee may have messed up and accidentally did not cut the pizza. (To that customer I apologize because that might have been my goof up. ) It does get really busy starting usually about 3 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Then there's the 4-5 p.m. rush. The staff does their best to meet the needs of each customer when we are at our busiest time of the day. However, If you don't want to have to wait a little while to get your order then please download The Little Caesars app place your order before 3:00 p.m. and pick it up in our pizza portal so that you don't have to wait in line. Lastly, the store was thoroughly cleaned. I will be in the process of getting all of it cleaned up again. The windows, lobby and parking lot has been cleaned. U wanna hear more.. ok here it goes!! Have ur employees pay attention to customers closer and not standing around talking to boyfriends or husband's or just guy friends or running over to the drive thru window to tell someone that thier baby is cute instead they should b waiting on actual customers!! I can't even start to count how many times these issues have happened just to me alone!! I'm not a very patient person n like to get my food n get out so the next person can do the same!! If those issues get straightened out then ur quality would definitely improve imo!! I've personally worked for ur company when I was just outta high school many yrs ago and of course then we didn't have cell phones but I've noticed employees staring at theirs when walking in and it taking them a couple mins b4 they even acknowledge I'm there!! Or they will b hiding behind the thing u all keep the food in to stay warm or at the actual counter!! So now u have what u requested!! Hope...
