My experience with this McDonald's in Charleston WV @ East DuPont Rd. Is disgraceful to turn down Truck drives not allowing them to place an order and walk up to the window to get it. I wonder how does McDonald's get the food and supply it needs to stay in business can't be by truck. It's one thing to turn us away but another to be plain out Rude and Disrespectful. And not to mention straight up LIE told me that they are closed at 11:28pm on Saturday night 02/05/2022

We were sick to our stomachs and threw it away. A waste of good money for disgusting food and terrible service. Avoid this McDonald's at all costs.

This is only 1 pic of the food quality that's known to give.. I stop eating here on and off to see if maybe they learn how to cook for $15 hr wage fight... For $15 hr wage demand they should have chefs instead of grown ppl who don't want to cook but wants the high rate wage pay..

The food was for the most part fine. Fries had almost no salt on them. The service was honestly awful, and my main reason for reviewing this McDonald’s. Almost every person there was rude or had looks on their faces that made you think they felt you were the biggest inconvenience of their life. I will say there was a nice man inside that was filling drink cups that helped me get the sauces they forgot. I requested and paid for extra as well. The lady at the second window was so rude when we weren’t sure where she wanted us to wait (we are from out of state). A simple, right around the corner would have sufficed. There were two nice older women that came out after the first lady delivering food that was rude and had a serious look of disgust the whole time on her face. The two older ladies- one brought out the food. The next one checked to make sure we weren’t still waiting for something. Overall, I would say avoid this place if at all possible and save yourself feeling like an inconvenience and being treated this way. Add the time to your drive-...

This restaurant has done what I thought impossible... they are worse than the Mcdonald's in Smithers. The girl taking my order at the drive thru absolutely didn't listen to my order at all. Ordered my sandwich with no mayo, add bacon, got extra mayo and no bacon. Ordered 3 meals, one a happy meal, received 2 whole napkins. Was already 10 miles away with groceries in the vehicle so turning around wasn't an option. Not going back is my choice, as well as my advice. They have girls in the drive thru that are too preoccupied with their phones and flirting with guys in the drive thru to be bothered with something so menial as getting people's orders correct. Update: restaurant is a little better. They are still having trouble paying attention to what is being said to them through the drive thru. And there's also a communication breakdown between the first drive thru window and the second one. Had to correct my order at the first window, and still had to send...
