Subway — Restaurant in West Virginia

I didn't even get to order. They always take way too long to wait on customers. When you are on a lunch break, you can't wait a 1/2 hour in line with 2 people ahead of you. The lady working kept complaining because the other worker wasn't there yet, and she kept saying " I'm leaving at 5:30 if she's not here. What are you gonna do leave the store empty. I stood there for 10 minutes listening to her, and had enough and went to Wendy. Got my order in less the 5 minutes. Subway... hire more employees and you might do more business from the other...

I thought this place needed workers, yet I couldn't even get an application to apply. After waiting 5 minutes at the counter, I can certainly see why customers are upset! The " employee" who eventually came out of hiding in the back room acted like she had no idea what an application even was, and even claimed the manager wasn't hiring. I explained they probably needed to take down their "now hiring" sign then, if they couldn't even bother to acknowledge a person...

I had to wait a long time, so long that I never got to place my order. It's good that I gave up, because all the vegetables were dried up, turning brown, and stale looking. They shouldn't have only one person running the entire restaurant, especially since that lone employee is obviously overwhelmed with doing that. I blame management.
