Wendy's — Restaurant in West Virginia

It was me and a few other friends, we went through the drive threw around 11 something at night almost 12 close to their closing time, we ordered our food got to the window, the women at the window WAS VERY DISRESPECTFUL!!!! We ordered extra ranch for our food which they charged us 50 cents per extra for, we then had to wait on our food which was fine no big deal. We got our food then looked we had no ranch we asked for extra ranch again, and young boy went to the window grabbed the ranch I got out to grab he then threw the ranch at me, I then picked the ranch up and threw it back at him, then he comes after me meanwhile their was two other boys with me, my boyfriend and cousin they get out he then gets the manager, who proceeded to cuss us, and threaten us, she then said we was threatening under age kids. If they are underage their license are restricted they are not to be out past 10:00pm, so their for they was not underage, we then are leaving she still proceeded to cuss out of the window calling us HORRIBLE NAMES!!! Their was two boys who was out their when the ranch was thrown the one boy went back inside. But the boy with the brown hair who wanted to start a fight. U need to lose your job truly. When then call to file a complaint, the manger then gets on the phone cusses us, threatens us once again, so definitely do not recommend Wendy’s in Ronceverte, VERY RUDE MANGER, and HORRIBLE STAFF!!!!! They also enjoy vaping while carrying your food out to you that was the brown hair boy as well. So to the brown hair boy not a clue your name, but know what you look like, if you have no more respect for people then maybe you should not be working with the public....

So last night we went to Wendy's to eat and it was absolutely disgusting being in there. So there is a red head boy taking orders that is rude as can be he needs sent home with his attitude. You hate your job, go home! We stood at the register for 20-30 minutes waiting for him to take our order because he had 2 door dash orders. If you can't handle 2+ orders food industry is not for you. I've worked in restaurants for years and ran plenty. I looked at the manager on duty about 4 times while standing and waiting she finally took our order. She had her hands full with them all but she was rude as well. We placed our very very small order and waited and waited for it. While waiting we got 10 fries in the container I asked for an actual fry! She said here's one for your wait. No honey here's one because that's what I paid for!!! I didn't pay for 10 fries. So we set there waiting and they are all doped up moving in slow motion. It's absolutely pathetic, put the dope down and work!! 1 boy out of 4 on the line touching food had gloves on, one boy blew his nose and I waited to see if he washed his hands after he didn't!!!! We sat down at the only clean table, drinks dumped in the floor for someone to get hurt, cups setting around trash everywhere!! We will NEVER eat there again and id advise everyone to watch when eating there! The place needs shut down or COMPLETELY redone because at this rate people going to...

I have no previous issue with Wendy's, I've always liked the food and I don't usually have to wait too long. But today I was mad. The woman who took my drive-thru order was so rude that I was talking about it with my passenger. I was saying to myself "Be nice, be nice, maybe she's having a bad day..." Then I get to the window and a young man took my money and was getting my drink etc and the woman who took my order was behind him, being rude the the person in the car behind me! Also, being nasty to the other employees. Saying, they were doing this wrong, that wrong and thats why the drivethru times were slow. So now I knew why she was being rude to me, I took a minute to order. But nobody was behind me at that point. Eventually I got my food from the nice young man, and I thanked him for BEING NICE, UNLIKE SOME PEOPLE. He gave me a little smile. He knew what I was getting at. That woman was being ridiculous. You DON'T belittle your employees like that. Especially for what those kids earn. I mean, no wonder places are having a hard time keeping fast...
