Pizza Junction of West — Restaurant in West

I put in an order online and was told it would be delivered in ≈50minutes. After an hour and 20 minutes of not having a pizza, I called. The phone went straight to an unavailable mailbox. I tried 7 more times, and nothing. My wife messaged the page on Facebook, and they responded right away. She (Tracy) gave us the owners (Clint) number to call and figure out what the issue was. Come to find out, their internet (online order and internet phones) had gone out, and they had just discovered it. I told him to just cancel the order and refund my card. They couldn’t refund back to the card, so he told me he would have cash ready for me to pick up the next day. We went ahead and just called the order in the next day and had them use the cash! When our order was delivered the next day, we had a dessert with an apology on it! Customer service is nothing like it used to be, but this place has got it down! The service I had received was absolutely disgusting, the delivery driver was rude and basically begging for a tip I understand I word in customer service myself but tipping has gotten out of hand. Crust was super chewy on both pizzas and on the cheese breadsticks. Cheese breadsticks were greasy. We received ranch dip instead of the garlic butter dip that we had ordered.
