Stopped here on my way to Denton from Austin, after being up since 3AM. I got my normal coffee, and my partner got a new version of a cold brew (their go-to), to try. We both loved it and as we sat at a small table in the dining area, the manager on the floor, (I am so sorry to say I didn’t get her name- but she was blonde with glasses, and very very kind. Great smile!!), asked if everything was alright.
We said yes! We were trying something new and gauging each other’s reactions- I briefly told her about how I always order the same things out of uncertainty, but that my partner’s drink was really good! To make a long story short, she told us that if we ever didn’t like something we’ve just tried, that we are welcome to get our normal coffee instead- and furthermore, a few spins I could put on drinks to make them more to my taste, while still trying new things!! She was so helpful, and even gave my partner and I a free sample drink of her choosing, which was incredible!!!
She was so very kind and I didn’t get to tell her goodbye and get her name before we had to get back on the road- but I would absolutely go back to this location every day if I were close enough! Genuinely such a kind individual- as well as the three baristas working at the time!!! I’ve provided a picture of my original drink I ordered, and the sticker from the sample drink she gave us!! I cannot thank her enough for her kindness and super great leadership as someone who really seems to care about...

My friend’s name is always spelt wrong and no one cares to fix it, but Alden did. He also made a point to ask what the occasion was, and asked about where me and my friends were going for a bachelorette party and congratulated my friend. It was a breath of fresh air to have a Starbucks employee seem like they really like their job and aren’t miserable, something that is rare for me when going to Starbucks. The coffee was great and our drive-thru experience was speedy. Thank you Alden for a big smile and great conversation! I definitely recommend this Starbucks for those...

Baristas packing food don't honor customer orders. When the question "Do you want that warmed up?" is answered with, "No, thank you." -- They nuke the food anyway. When the customer complains, the barista shrugs, laughs nervously, and says, "sorry." Yeah. You're sorry, but I just paid for an item that wasn't prepared the way I ordered.
I'll spend my...
