Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Westampton Township

I will admit from the start that my rating is unfair to the establishment and for completely selfish reasons. If you choose to read you will understand and also possibly get a chuckle at my expense.

We stopped here around 5pm on a Saturday. I kind of found it by accident by taking a different route home. It has been a very long day and I think pizza is a good choice for not having to cook dinner. We go inside and place our order. As I am sitting there waiting for things to happen, I am observing my surroundings. The person I am with is explaining about the style of art on the walls, people are coming in and going out with their preordered meals, two men are sitting at a table with tablets or laptops I dont know. Looks like work stuff. The kitchen is wide open, spacious, and clean. There are not many staff members in sight so I'm thinking that maybe this is going to take forever. The few staff members I do see, whelp they're some young ones. And these youngins get me to thinking, just how long as it been since the last time I had The Hut? My mind thinks back as my eyes watch this young woman buzz around this kitchen; dropping things into the fryer, folding boxes, bagging orders, taking orders, sending out deliveries, DAMN! Okay, maybe this won't take so long after all. That's when I realized.... the last time I had The Hut was before any of these people were even born!! They're not that young, but there is no way I am that old either! Must be some sort of time paradox portal in that doorway or something. The next thing I knew our food was ready and it was time to face the real world again. The chocolate brownie made it all better again. All those little melty chips of goodness like little hugs to my self esteem. Everything was delicious and I had nostalgic memories with every bite. They really do deserve 5 stars but I feel old now. Yesterday I visited the store in Westampton, NJ. 798 Woodlane Rd Unit #15. The man who waited on me was very rude!!! This is my second time visited this establishment this week and yesterday was my last. I explained to the man that I wasn’t able to add cheesy breadsticks in the app when I selected the deal for Alfredo pasto & breadsticks. He replied, “I don’t know why not it should of let you.” I pulled up the app and showed him. He told me they have no control of what the app does. Next, I asked if I could pay extra for the cheesy breadsticks. He replied l, “no your foods been done. “ My order was placed at 6:15 & it said it would be finished at 6:30. I walked in at 6:29. Waited behind another customer for my turn. So next he places my food on counter (a pan of bread sticks, a pan of the Alfredo and 2 marinara sauces with no bag. He walked away and cut and boxed 3 pizzas while I stood at the counter waiting for him to return. I needed a bag but obviously if I was standing at the counter waiting I was in need of something. I had to ask for a bag which he hands me instead of placing the food in the bag. I ordered wings as well which were in a bag. The man was just very short with me & rude to me. His customer service was very poor. He doesn’t real use that it’s the customers that keep the business running. Because of him I WILL NOT visit Pizza Hut again. Also he was collecting money and then he went straight to cutting and boxing pizzas. NO HAND WASHING AT ALL. In 2021 hand washing should be priority with Covid and everything...

I will not order again, period. I deselect ALL items that were listed for the Supreme pizza, so that the right side was just cheese. My son won't eat any other kind. I actually had to go back through the selection in app twice because the app was adding selections back in, after deselected. Order naked boneless wings with a dipping sauce I had to pay for. Received the pizza floppy and barely cooked enough to eat with sausage in the WHOLE pizza and room temp boneless wings with NO BBQ SAUCE. I had to turn in the oven so I could finish cooking the pizza/crust and boneless wings. I had to also cook something for my son since he wouldn't eat the pizza because of the sausage. I called the store I ordered from amd the told me the would refund for the sauce I didn't get but that the rest was my fault. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM...
