Placed a to go order for hamburgers. Tge staff member was frustrated when I asked if they had anything besides mayonnaise. Something different. Unique. Instead she insisted on rapidly reading the burger menu to me. I thought what I chose was a burger served like between a grilled cheese. Which siunddd sounded great to bring to the 2 men working in my hone like it would be crisp not soggy, like the old Friendlys Swiss patty melt, I asked for Swiss instead of American. , which out me in hold for 2-3 minutes, it was on a diff roll , excessive package 3 lettuce and tomato one slice if each in side in more styrofoam. , the bottom fell apart even though there was no sauce at all, tge burger looked big and juicy, but bit into it, and Uncharted line someone emptied a salt shaker on it Kept it thinking I’d give pieces to my dog, I gave : starts because tge one other time I went there the device and food were great. I was in my car. Couldn’t find menu. Don’t have FB on this phone. I tipped between -1 5-20%. Just dines under 20%. Without taking up a table But they all went into the trash. Started off wanting burger let and Tom and mayo. Checked for any unique sauces. Ended up with none. But the salt !!! ??? The guys are only the fries 4 days later going into trash. Make it easier to find menu. I tipped well because the burgers were blurted out to me. And it seemed very difficult to change the cheese. Although they brought it out the second I arrived. I like the older atmosphere, feels like neighborhood local restaurant. The French toast was great. I’ll be back , not without finding a menu 1st. Came with family for the first time and it was not busy when we walked in, we stood at the sign that said " please wait behind sign" for 4 min while the waitress' walked past us and said nothing not even a hi or good morning. My husband(he's from the area) has come here many times with his parents and had no issues. Confused why we had issues today and it wasn't busy. After 5 minutes we were told to seat ourselves, the server(short Hispanic lady w/o glasses) greeted the table that sat after us and took their order, AGAIN AFTER THEY SAT DOWN AFTER US, technically she should've came to our table first( used to work in restaurants I know how it goes). The server came to us 10 min later informed us they don't have water only bottles and then gave us juice but WHY is the kids juice bigger than the normal juice. I'll never understand that, also not giving free water and charging a bottle. I don't understand that either cause I doubt you make those pancakes in the back with bottled water. The cooks did a great job but the service was poor( didn't even ask how everything was and if we needed anything else).if I could give a 0 I would but the tip reflected how the service was. We won't be back and I'll make sure everyone I know in the area and town knows about the service at this place. Our money is just as green as...

It's not often that I encounter such chaos and rudeness at a restaurant, but when I do, I feel compelled to warn others to avoid such an experience.

We arrived and stood in line like everyone else and were perplexed when people behind us went and sat at a table. Apparently you are supposed to know that you are to seat yourself as soon as a table is available. That might work fine when you are a two-top or a four-top, but not when you are six people and you'd like to dine with the party you came with.

There is no one directing guests so if you don't know the rules, you could stand there for hours and never get a table. My first encounter was with an extremely rude wait person who tried to placate me, while doing nothing to help my cause. She should be fired. Her rudeness was beyond belief.

Thankfully our wait person was pleasant and the food was fine. Certainly not worth the chaos and having to sit across the dining room while your kids are sitting at a booth in another part of the room.

We were supposed to meet up here again next week. I can assure you that won't be happening, nor will we return to this place again.

Did I mention that they only take cash? One can pretty much guess why that's the case.
