Terrible customer service last week employee was swearing through out the store and got into my face and told me to leave. Will not be returning as an employee let alone a customer. The manager sits in her office all day long for the owners to pay her to sit around must be nice. Got called in on numerous occasions without a choice. One day the manager decided to call me in but offered another employee to give me a ride without even asking them. They said they couldn’t so she made me get an uber. This location is a joke. The employee emaryl constantly talks about how she hates all men she even made me uncomfortable about it cuz I was like well what about me I’m a gay man she’s like idc I still hate all men. I do not recommend working here. Not a safe or comfortable work environment. The owners are great but this locations is by far the worse location. If you go to the Southwick road branch you will be better off. The manager even defended the girl saying oh it’s just girl talk I’m gay doesn’t mean it’s girl talk I don’t hate men either I don’t hate woman and even if I did I don’t go around advertising it...

Both were as yummy as when I was a little kid, and glazed donuts were still my 1st favorite. The drive thru employee was very friendly. I've actually never had an unpleasant employee at the Tyler St. Location Drive Thru. Can't say the same for the counter, when I can vividly recall a male worker threatening to, "Kill me" just loud enough for me to hear, but no one else. This is pathetic. Employees exhausting energy kicking wrappers on the ground instead of putting some motivation into their job.
All i ordered was a single un modified breakfast sandwich and it took for ever.
Also Edit. The food is not edible Bagel is smoked all black. Another waste of money spent at another fast food joint because these people they hire are the worst people and useless. How hard is it to toast a bagel with a pre programmed machine.
