Officially done with this place. You leave a person hungry and they don't soon forget it. I ordered today against my better judgement, having previously ordered two days earlier and waited an extra 10 or so minutes after the delivery time. From past experiences, the food here is good (not the cheapest) but the service takes longer than it quotes when ordering, so I always leave at least 5 extra minutes. The other issue is their points system doesn't seem to be working (app or website), at least for the items I'm trying to redeem. So I order today for a 2:25 pickup, and end up walking in a little after 2:40 or so. There's no order for me, eventually someone says they made it and it must have been taken by someone. They offered to remake it but time is of the essence so I said no. I'm going to probably have to beg for a refund, and there's apparently no phone number for corporate. They want you to email them. Bigger problems in the world, yes - but I'm still not happy about my experience today. And if this place has issues with theft, then they need to deal with it. Either way, I'm out. Attached is the picture of what I actually had for "lunch", courtesy of works vending machine. Going forward, I'll overpay DoorDash or UberEats for warmish food before I go back to Not Table.

Delicious Cheesesteak Panini, very crispy toasted fresh bread, lots of cheese and sweet caramalized onions and peppers. Mac and Cheese was not good at all though, very mushy, dry and had little flavor. $5 for a small cup. Food is pricey but the sandwich was worth every penny. I will definitely go back, but I'll try the soup next time.

I love the hot table! Having celiac and being gluten free, eating at restaurants can be a risk. But I know that every time I visit the Westfield hot table I am ensured I have a safe meal. Once I order gluten free bread and say that it is an allergen the employees automatically change out their gloves, wash their hands and disinfectant the area. May I also add that they do it with a smile on their face and I never feel judged. This may seem like a small tasks to do, but many other places I do not receive the same response as I do at the hot table. The customer service is awesome and my panini is...

This was my first stop at this location. It's light, bright, and upbeat. The food is my favorite grab and go, quick serve place. The food is freshly prepared in front of you and can be customized if you don't like an ingredient. The soups are hot, and the salads are freshly made.

This location is very close to the MassPike (I-90) exit for Westfield. Be forewarned....lunch...
