Starbucks — Restaurant in Westfield

First and foremost this was my first time ever going to this Starbucks and only because I was in the area for work. That said, I had a wonderful overall experience! They weren't very busy at this point (around 12:30 pm on a Sunday) but I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by a couple of the workers. Noah was the guy that took my order and what a friendly gentleman he was! If I was the manager there I would be so proud to have someone like him on the team! Great customer service, great aura and mannerism, treated me as a valued customer AND a person - seems like a lost art these days, generally speaking (unfortunately). He took my order accurately, maybe I should say perfectly. My breakfast sandwich (sausage, egg, & cheese) was just right, not overcooked in the oven (sometimes they are) and the gentleman barista made my iced shaken espresso in exquisite fashion ... aka perfect! Nothing but good things to say about this store given my singular experience, I wish I lived close by!

P.S. DM take notice, given my many years (in the past) in customer service I know a good person when I see and interact with them. Please give Noah a raise, he absolutely makes this store a gem!!

I had to come back and change my rating. I started going to the Starbucks as my Starbucks was usually out of ingredients. However, so many of the staff are new and have no clue what they're doing, thank God I was paying attention because I have a dairy allergy and they put whipped cream on a latte with oat milk. The staff that came from the Starbucks on East Main Street are great but the new people need some retraining and they don't pay a lot of attention. I probably won't be back for a while to this location, I've never been to a Starbucks other than this one that put things in the drinks that were not on the order tag. I ordered food online like I always do I had to use the bathroom while I waited I asked the associate if I need a key for the bathroom I was told no by one lady and that was fine what wasn't ok to me is that another lady came into my conversation to tell me restrooms are for paying customers assuming I wasn't paying for anything and even if I wasn't w paying customer and this was the closest place to use the bathroom like that's so messed up you need to change...
