Long and specific!!!
I’ll start by saying that before I ordered I had to use the ladies restroom and it was gross, there was stuff caked on the door handles to both the bathroom door and stall, the toilet paper roll was on its side on top of the trash can. I had to use paper towel to open the bathroom to the lobby so I didn’t get stuff on my now washed hands. Walking into the lobby it seemed from what I had walked on at least half of the floor is extremely sticky to where I can feel it and hear it as a lifted my foot from the floor with each step. I ordered a lemonade, a water, and a 10pc. I requested for the 10pcs to be a fresh drop because the last time I had come through drive through the nuggets were hard and cold. The lady that took my order approach another employee who did not speak English trying to explain whatI had asked by speaking slow with short words and waving her hands around. I witness the lady take old nuggets that had been sitting the hot lamp for who knows how long and drop them into the oil. I spoke up to the girl who took my ordered and reiterated to her again that I wanted the 10pc dropped fresh. So I waited and tried to see what I could but at this time with the crazy amount of staff that were practically shoulder to shoulder, it made it difficult. The girl came back up with the bag, so I said thank you and walked over to the drink station to grab a straw. I opened the bag to check the nuggets and AGAIN.. they were not dropped fresh but old ones were taken and dropped back in the oil. I spoke with the manager and told now this is the third time that I had to ask for them to drop fresh nuggets and yea I could of said screw it and give me my money back but it was the point they were not listening and the same girl made the excuse that it was because she had to explain it to someone that didn’t speak English. Why are they hiring someone that cannot take directions and why knowing that she didn’t understand didn’t she herself make sure that my request was fulfilled??? The only one that looked like she took her job seriously was the manager!! I don’t go there but maybe less then a handful of times a year but I will say this place needs an overhaul and people who are kind and listen to directions being that of the...
Read moreFood is ok for fast food, not a fan of the fries. I have had multiple times now of this issue when ordering through the app. When they are out of something they just don't give it to you. A salad, instead of asking if I'd like to replace with something else they just didn't give it me, said I could ask for refund through app. I did not figure out how to get that refund. I came for 3 meals for my family why wouldn't I have just wanted something else? I went through drive through again for a 3rd meal.
On another occasion I ordered 3 meals with 3 sodas. 1 dr.pepper and 2 rootbeers. Side note if they do not give you drinks through window and then ask you to drive up and wait at the door or in a spot, they never bring the drinks. I have had to remind them everytime. So this time came out with no drinks so I ask about them, I told her I have 3 drinks. She goes back in and only comes out with 1 dr pepper. I said sorry I should 3. She just says idk they told me only this one. So I started to bring up my app and she continued to say I was told only one. So I was like ok can I come in? Yes of course! Great. She goes in the back and leaves me at the counter doesn't tell the person who said 1 drink. So another worker notices me and comes over, he was very nice. I explained and he goes to check my order and says we are out of rootbeer would you like something else? Yes please. Thank you!

Read moreWow!!! Wendy's has been going down hill for a while but today took the cake. We ended up in the Westfield Wendy's. There was a guy at the register trying to order. He explained what he wanted at least 4-5 times. Finally the clerk put in his order. He said to the customer it will be $24.00 and change. The customer said no it's not. He said to the clerk look at the board, go down three lines. At this point a mgr came over cancelled the order and put it back in. It was $14.00 dollars. The next customer was there as long but he was waiting for a 6 piece chicken nugget and a drink. He walked away shaking his head. Then the prior customer came back and said I didn't get my 6 piece chicken nuggets. Finally it was our turn. To save time both my wife and I did not get what he ordered!!! We went to get ice from the soda machine, both machines would not dispense ice. I went back to the counter waited for someone to acknowledge me, explained I needed ice. Okay, I went to get ketchup, no containers for the ketchup. Back to the counter to wait for someone to acknowledge me again. I explained there were no containers for the ketchup. Back to my seat to hear my wife say this isn't what I ordered. I opened mine and it wasn't what I ordered. Wow 😲. And it was over $28.00 dollars. So, never again at the Wendy's in Westfield.
